Tim Byrdak (shoulder, knee) has joined the Mets at their spring training complex.
Byrdak had been rehabbing in Chicago, throwing from 90 feet four times per week. The club's coaches and trainers still need to come up with a routine for him, but the lefty is hoping to throw off a mound before the end of spring training. He's shooting to return at the beginning of July.

Byrdak in September had surgery to repair the torn anterior capsule in his left shoulder and also had a procedure to clean up torn meniscus cartilage in his right knee.
