Tim Byrdak (shoulder, knee) has joined the Mets at their spring training complex. Byrdak had been rehabbing in Chicago, throwing from 90 feet four times per week. The club's coaches and trainers still need to come up with a routine for him, but the lefty is hoping to throw off a mound before the end of spring training. He's shooting to return at the beginning of July.
