Wright (0-1) gave up 10 hits, five earned runs and two walks over five innings in Saturday's 8-4 loss to the A's in the first game of a day-night doubleheader.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old was coming off an one-inning, 13-pitch stint in relief against the Yankees on Wednesday, and was largely ineffective during his tiem on the mound. He was surprisingly touched up by some of Oakland's struggling bats, as both Coco Crisp and No. 9 hitter Marcus Semien tallied multiple hits. The 10 hits were a season high surrendered by Wright, while the five earned runs equaled the amount he'd yielded to the Royals back on April 24. The right-hander's ERA is now an unsightly 5.83, while his WHIP stands at 1.47.

Wright allowed two runs on five hits, walking two and striking out six over six innings, but came away with a no decision in Baltimore's 6-3 win over the White Sox on Friday night.
EDGE Analysis
Wright turned in a solid start, and was actually in line for a win after leaving with a 3-2 lead. The Sox scored a run off the bullpen in the top of the seventh before Nolan Reimold put the game away with a three-run homer in the bottom of the frame. Wright needed to get his house in order after struggling early on in the season (his ERA is still a weak 5.40), and will try to build on this effort in his next start at home against the Yankees.

Wright (1-2) allowed five runs on eight hits while striking out four over 6.1 innings to take the loss Sunday at the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Despite having a one-run lead in the first inning, Wright fell apart by allowing four runs between the sixth and seventh innings in a losing effort. For the second time in three outings, he failed to register a quality start, and his ERA climbed to 6.23. He'll make his next start Friday against the White Sox.

Wright (1-1) pitched six innings, allowing three runs, six hits and three walks while striking out four in Tuesday's loss to the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old has had two tough draws to start the year as he's had to face the Red Sox and Blue Jays, but the right-hander has managed to escape with respectable numbers. Wright has an above-average fastball and a nice compliment of off-speed pitches to keep hitters guessing. He only has 11 starts to his name, and growing pains are to be expected. However, the Orioles will give their 2011 third-round pick a fair amount of time to show what he can do. Pitching in the AL East is no joke though, and the competition will make it difficult for Wright to have value outside the deepest of leagues.

Wright, whose start was rained out Sunday, will make Tuesday's start at home against the Blue Jays, MASN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
In his only start this season, Wright allowed four runs in five innings. The rainout allows Baltimore's bullpen to rest and potentially holds the team back from needing a fifth starter until the end of the week. At this point, Wright is expected to retain his rotation spot even after Kevin Gausman (shoulder) returns, which could happen in the next week.

Wright will not make his scheduled start Sunday with the news that the Orioles' matchup with the Rangers has been postponed.
EDGE Analysis
Wright will again fall victim to a postponement and have his regular schedule thrown off by rain. The Orioles have not revealed their adjusted rotation as of yet, so it remains to be seen when he will take the ball next.

Wright (1-0) picked up the win despite allowing four runs on five hits and a walk Tuesday against the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Wright pounded the zone with 16 first-pitch strikes to 22 hitters and 61 strikes in 96 pitches, but was touched up for a pair of extra-base hits, including a David Ortiz two-run home run. Wright posted a 6.04 ERA in 44.2 innings last year and didn't show much Tuesday suggest he'll improve over that level.

Wright will not make his scheduled start Saturday due to the postponement of Saturday's game against the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was set to make his season debut Saturday, but he will now have to wait at least a couple more days, as Vance Worley had been confirmed as the starter for the Orioles' next game Sunday.

Wright will be the Orioles' fourth starter, Rich Dubroff of CSN Baltimore reports.
EDGE Analysis
After posting a 4.79 ERA and 17:6 K:BB over 20.2 innings in the Grapefruit League, the 26-year-old Wright will make his 2016 regular-season debut next Friday at Camden Yards against the Rays. He doesn't offer much strikeout potential and posted a 6.04 ERA over 44.2 innings last season, struggling badly in his first taste of the majors. The Orioles haven't announced a fifth starter, as they'll likely go wit ha four-man rotation the first time through. Tyler Wilson looks like the favorite.

Wright remains in the mix for a potential rotation spot. He allowed one run on four hits with two walks and two strikeouts in what could be his final Grapefruit League appearance Monday against the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Wright may have moved his name to the top of the list for rotation competition with this outing. In his last three starts he has allowed four runs in 14 innings, needing just 89 pitches in those outings. Add to that the fact that Wright faced Red Sox regulars Monday and you may have a recipe for a fifth starter. Tyler Wilson and Miguel Gonzalez remain in competition with Wright. Wilson followed Wright with two scoreless innings. Gonzalez, who has had a miserable spring, pitches Tuesday.
