Josh Reddick stayed hot Monday, singling and blasting a three-run homer in a loss to the Red Sox. He also drew a walk. Reddick got off to a slow start this season, but he's now put together multi-hit efforts in four of his last five games while homering twice. He should continue to have AL-only value.

Josh Reddick went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBI to lead the A's to a 5-2 victory over the Orioles on Friday. The solo shot was Reddick's third of the season and chased Jake Arrieta in the sixth inning. He's settled in nicely as the third hitter in the A's lineup and has value in most mixed leagues due to his lineup slot and regular playing time.

Josh Reddick went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and an RBI as the A's topped the Angels 5-3 on Tuesday. One of Reddick's doubled knocked in a run during a four-run eighth inning for the A's. Reddick leads A's regulars with a .286 average to date. Of course, that hasn't come with any walks, and before tonight, he hadn't driven in a run since the second game in Japan.

Josh Reddick (shoulder) went 1-for-4 and scored a run in his return to the lineup Friday. Reddick started in right field and batted third. It was his first appearance since being pulled from Wednesday's game after taking a pitch off his right shoulder. He'll continue to platoon with Collin Cowgill when healthy.

Josh Reddick went 2-for-4 with a home run, run scored and three RBI in Monday's win over the Diamondbacks. Oakland's presumed Opening Day right fielder is now batting .361/.378/.639 this spring, and has clubbed five extra-base hits. He's worth a late-round pick in deeper mixed leagues.

Josh Reddick went 2-for-3 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored in Monday's win over the Cubs. Reddick is now five for his first eight this spring, suggesting he's completely over the wrist injury that required surgery in November. Barring a disastrous exhibition campaign, Reddick should begin the regular season with a starting job in Oakland's crowded outfield.

Josh Reddick began swinging a bat last week and is slightly ahead of schedule in his recovery from wrist surgery. Reddick underwent surgery in November to repair torn cartilage in his left wrist but is expected to be ready to roll once spring training starts. Set to turn 25 next month, Reddick will be a regular in the A's outfield in 2012, though it's not clear at this point which position he'll play. He batted .280/.327/.457 with seven homers, 28 RBI and a .784 OPS over 278 plate appearances with the Red Sox this past season.

The Athletics will try Josh Reddick at all three outfield spots in spring training before deciding where to play him. Reddick says he's most comfortable in center field, but he played primarily right field with the Red Sox. He said general manager Billy Beane and manager Bob Melvin have told him to be ready to play every day, so Reddick will be a regular, it's just a matter of where he'll be penciled into the lineup.

Athletics acquired OF Josh Reddick, RHP Raul Alcantara and 3B Miles Head from the Red Sox for RHP Andrew Bailey and OF Ryan Sweeney. Reddick was set to become Boston's starting right fielder in 2012, but will instead assume that role with the A's. He had a .784 OPS, seven home runs and 28 RBI in 278 plate appearances this past season for the Red Sox and possess enough power to register decent offensive numbers at the cavernous Oakland Coliseum. He should have some value next year in AL-only fantasy leagues.
