Schoop hit his 10th home run, a solo blast, in a 1-for-3 game in Tuesday's win over Boston.
EDGE Analysis
Schoop had gone three weeks without a home run before blasting one Friday against the Blue Jays, but it looks like he has rediscovered his power stroke -- he has four extra-base hits including the two home runs in his previous five games and has boosted his slugging percentage from .435 back up to .467 with the hot streak. He is now one of just seven major league second basemen with at least 10 home runs, as pop like Schoop's continues to be at a premium at the position.

Schoop went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Friday's 4-3 loss to the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old had been quiet on the home run front over the last three weeks, but took Marco Estrada deep in the fifth for his first round-tripper since May 22. Schoop has reached safely in all but one of 10 June games, and is providing some respectable production from the latter half of the order for the Orioles. He's now slashing .259/.294/.449, with 12 doubles, a triple, nine homers and 33 RBI.

Schoop went 2-for 5 with two RBI and scored a run in Wednesday's slugfest against the Red Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Schoop, who hits just .218 in the first month of the season, pushed his average up to .267 with Wednesday's multi-hit performance. His value has been restrained by his slot in the order - he typically hits seventh or eighth - but has still made the most of his opportunities by driving in 30 runs on the season. Schoop, now in his fourth season, looks well on his way to the best campaign of his career.

Schoop will move up to second in the batting order for Wednesday's game against Houston.
EDGE Analysis
The Orioles are shuffling their lineup Wednesday with leadoff man Joey Rickard sitting out, so Manny Machado will lead off and Schoop will slide up to second in the order. Wednesday marks the first time this season that Schoop has hit higher than sixth. He'll be facing Collin McHugh, who he has gone 0-for-3 against in his career.

EDGE Analysis
Schoop was responsible for the only offense Baltimore could muster Sunday, and the pair of hits raised his average to .400 over the last four games. Schoop now has eight home runs to his name in just 148 at-bats and should easily eclipse last season's total of 15 if he can remain healthy.
