Eickhoff (6-11) was beat up over five innings in Thursday's loss to the Marlins. He allowed six runs (five earned) on nine hits while tallying six strikeouts.
EDGE Analysis
For the second time in three starts, Eickhoff gave up five-plus runs and eight-plus hits while failing to get past the sixth inning. The sophomore tied his season high for hits allowed, and gave up the third-most runs he's surrendered in any of his 20 starts. Eickhoff lowered his ERA in each month before the break, and started showing signs of a player worthy of a roster spot in a majority of leagues. However, July has thrown a wrench into that idea as he now owns a 6.38 ERA through four starts this month. Eickhoff is now 0-2 this season against the Marlins, but he won't have to wait long to try for that first win, as his next start just so happens to come against the Fish on Tuesday in Miami.

Eickhoff allowed two runs on five hits over six innings in a no-decision against the Mets on Saturday. He also struck out three and walked one.
EDGE Analysis
It was a nice bounce back performance after he allowed eight runs on eight hits in his final outing before the break. Philadelphia was hoping Eickhoff would pitch longer too because he batted in the bottom of the sixth, but after he allowed the first two runners to reach in the seventh, manager Pete Mackanin pulled him for Edubray Ramos, who worked out of the jam and picked up the win. Eickhoff is 6-10 with a 3.76 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 97 strikeouts in 115.0 innings.

Eickhoff was saddled with his 10th loss of the season in Saturday's 8-3 defeat by the Rockies. He allowed eight runs on eight hits with two walks and three strikeouts.
EDGE Analysis
Eickhoff had pitched four scoreless innings before allowing a two-run homer in the fifth inning. The wheels totally came off in the sixth when the Rockies hung another six runs on him. Despite the poor outing, Eickhoff has had a very good first half of the season. He goes into the All-Star break with a 3.80 ERA and a 94:29 K:BB in 109 innings.

Eickhoff (6-9) allowed two runs on five hits with three walks and eight strikeouts over 7.2 innings in a win Monday over Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
This marks Eickhoff's longest outing this season. He's really finding his rhythm now, as he hasn't allowed more than three earned runs in a single start since May 28 against Chicago. In his seven starts since, Eickhoff owns a nifty 41:15 K:BB in 44 innings to go with a 2.25 ERA.

Eickhoff allowed two runs on seven hits and three walks with six strikeouts over five innings in a no-decision Tuesday against Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
Eickhoff has been sharp of late -- he hasn't allowed more than two three runs in a start since May, and he has lowered his ERA from 4.07 to 3.38 this month. In 24 career starts, Eickhoff has a sharp 132:37 K:BB and a 3.12 ERA as he is looking like he'll be a fixture in Philadelphia's rotation for years to come.

Eickhoff tossed six quality innings, allowing one earned run, five hits and a walk while striking out four in Thursday's win over the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
The Phillies have won just three times since June 5. Eickhoff has won all three of those games, becoming the team's most consistent starter. The sophomore is 5-9 with a 3.36 ERA in 15 starts this season, including a 3-2 mark with a 2.01 ERA in five outings this month. Remove the right-hander from the equation and Phillies starters have a 7.36 ERA in June. The obvious problem for Eickhoff is the lack of run support he can count on from the team's dismal offense.

Eickhoff allowed three runs on nine hits over 5.2 innings in a 4-1 loss to the Diamondbacks on Saturday. He struck out six and walked one.
EDGE Analysis
All three runs came on a pair of home runs in the fifth inning. Unfortunately for Eickhoff, he faced off against Zack Greinke who gave up just one run over eight innings. Eickhoff will get the Twins in Minnesota in his next start.

Eickhoff (4-8) pitched six shutout innings to beat the Blue Jays in Toronto on Monday, allowing three hits and four walks with five strikeouts along the way.
EDGE Analysis
Eickhoff came into this game with an ugly 6.41 ERA on the road and a 2.12 mark at home, but he was able to build on a home win against the Cubs last time out and posted his best performance away from Citizens Bank Park. Control issues prevented the 25-year-old from pitching deeper into the game, but he was otherwise superb. He gets to go back home for his next start Saturday against the Diamondbacks.

Eickhoff (3-8)(ankle) surrendered just two hits, an earned run and a pair of walks over seven innings in Tuesday's 3-2 victory over the Cubs. He struck out eight.
EDGE Analysis
The 25-year-old continued his impressive work at home, neutralizing a potent Cubs lineup for his fourth quality start in the last five trips to the mound. Eickhoff recorded his highest amount of strikeouts since an April 18 as well, and induced 13 swinging strikes overall, showing no ill effects from a line-drive shot off he took on his left ankle in his last start. The talented right-hander has been the victim of poor run support this season in a number of his losses, and although the Phillies didn't exactly light up the scoreboard on Tuesday either, it was enough to secure the victory. Eickhoff will try to make it back-to-back wins when he faces off against the Blue Jays next Monday.

Eickhoff (ankle) has been confirmed as the starter for Tuesday's game against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Eickhoff left his most recent start after taking a comebacker off his ankle, but he has been able to maintain his normal in-between-starts routine and he will be able to take the mound Tuesday. He'll be facing a Cubs team that tagged him for four runs on eight hits over 6.0 innings on May 28. However, that start was on the road and Tuesday's start will be in Philadelphia. Eickhoff has been impressive at home this season, notching a 2.27 ERA with a 1.03 WHIP across 39.2 innings of work.
