Garrett Richards will replace Jered Weaver (elbow) in the Angels' starting rotation. It's a tall task to replace Weaver, but Richards has more upside than Jerome Williams. His strikeout rate hasn't translated to the majors quite yet, but he's worth a look in AL-only formats.
