Gattis went 2-for-3 with a solo homer Sunday at the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis' 12th homer of the year tied the game at one in the sixth inning, but that was the only run the Astros would score all day in a losing effort. He's now clubbed three homers in his last six games and he's slashing .219/.290/.443.

Gattis is not in the lineup for Wednesday's matchup with the Angels, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis drew one walk and had no hits in his three at-bats during Tuesday's game against the Angels. With right-hander Matt Shoemaker on the mound, Gattis will take a seat for the first time since May 30. Georger Springer will be the designated hitter and lead off the lineup in his absence.

Gattis went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, two RBI and a pair of runs scored in Sunday's win over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis had just one single to his name over the last 10 games prior to going deep in Saturday's contest, so it was a welcome sign for fantasy owners to see him slug another long-ball Sunday. He is hitting just .213 on the season, but as a notoriously streaky hitter, he could be on the verge of another power binge.

Gattis is not in Wednesday's lineup against the Cardinals, Angel Verdejo Jr. of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis is currently mired in a 0-for-15 slump over his last four games, and after drawing a start behind the plate Tuesday, he'll head to the bench Wednesday without the luxury of the DH spot playing in a National League Park. Jason Castro will catch and bat eighth.

Gattis will make his tenth start of the season behind the plate and bat cleanup Thursday at Texas.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis' tenth start of the season at catcher will give him eligibility at the position in some fantasy leagues. Be sure to check your league requirements if you're a Gattis owner.

Gattis went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Saturday's 6-5 extra-inning victory over the A's.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran took A's starter Kendall Graveman deep in the second inning for his eighth round-tripper of the season, making it his third homer in the last four games. Gattis has progressively raised his performance at the plate over the last month, as his average has seen a 44-point boost over that span. He's gotten things off to a good start in June, as he's slashing .333/.368/.833 in the new month.

Gattis went 4-for-5 with a two-run home run, four RBI and a run Friday against the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis made a rare start at catcher and he also had one of his best games of the season at the plate, so he probably made a lot of fantasy owners happy. The 29-year-old had a season-high mark in hits, and perhaps this is what he needs to get out of a mini slump that saw him hit 3-for-22 over the past five games.

Gattis will make his fifth start of the season behind the plate and bat cleanup Wednesday at Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
Gattis' fifth start of the season at catcher will give him eligibility at the position in some fantasy leagues. Be sure to check your league requirements if you're a Gattis owner.

Gattis is out of the lineup Monday against the Diamondbacks, MLB.com's Brian McTaggart reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Astros are opening up a four-game series in Arizona on Monday, so they will be unable to utilize the DH spot that Gattis typically occupies. There's a chance they could call upon Gattis to catch a game at some point this series, but expect him to sit more days than not, even if he's available to pinch hit off the bench.

Gattis picked up his second start behind the plate Wednesday and went 2-for-4 with a double, a homer and two RBI against the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
The slugging version of Gattis is back -- he's racked up 11 hits (four of them homers) in eight games since coming back from a short stint in Triple-A to work on his catching. He's still a number of games at catcher away from gaining eligibility in most formats, but it seems clear the Astros are going to use him there every time Jason Castro needs a day off.
