Corey Kluber delivered another outstanding performance in Saturday's victory over the Orioles, firing seven shutout innings while striking out nine. Kluber surrendered just five hits and a pair of walks on the impressive afternoon. He now sits at 5-3 on the season with a 3.10 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 83/17 K/BB ratio through his first 72 2/3 innings of work. He'll look to keep things rolling when he does battle against the Rockies at home on Friday.

Corey Kluber pitched seven innings of three-run ball and struck out eight versus the Tigers on Monday. Kluber was in line for the win when he left, but Cody Allen took a blown save in the ninth. After 10 outings, Kluber has seven quality starts, but just four wins. He's fanned at least eight in four consecutive starts.

Corey Kluber earned the win, allowing two runs over seven innings as the Indians battered the Blue Jays by a 15-4 score on Wednesday. Kluber, now 4-3, wasn't the beneficiary of all those runs as the Indians scored nine of those runs after the left the game. He still had to pitch in a relatively close ballgame, and he pitched well, scattering four hits and a walk while striking out nine. The right-hander now has a 3.38 ERA with a 66/13 K/BB ratio. Kluber will face the Tigers at home next.

Corey Kluber delivered a strong start in Friday's win over the Rays, allowing just two runs on nine hits over his 6 2/3 innings. Kluber punched out nine on the night without issuing a free pass. Now 3-3 on the season, Kluber will carry a 3.48 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 57/12 K/BB ratio into his next outing against the Blue Jays in Toronto on Thursday.

Corey Kluber struck out a career-high 13 batters while allowing just three hits and one run over eight innings but took a no-decision in Sunday's loss to the White Sox. Kluber struck out seven in a row at one point, which set a new Indians record. He handed a two-run lead off to John Axford, who promptly blew the save. Kluber had a clunker his previous time out, but that effort is sandwiched by 11- and 13-strikeout showings. He's now whiffed 48 over 45 frames this season to go along with a 3.60 ERA and 1.36 WHIP. The righty will take on the Rays in Tampa next weekend.

Corey Kluber didn't have his good stuff in Tuesday's loss to the Angels, surrendering four runs -- three earned -- on eight hits over 4 2/3 innings of work. The right-hander struck out five but tied a career-high with four walks allowed. It ended the bizarre odyssey that was his 2014 opening month to the season. Kluber held a 7.71 ERA after his first two starts, shaved that down to 5.40 over his next two outings, and then went the distance in an 11-strikeout performance against the Royals last time out. So obviously he'd figured things out, yeah? Think again. If you know which Kluber (2-3, 4.14 ERA, 1.51 WHIP) will host the White Sox this weekend, let us know.

Corey Kluber righted the ship in a big way on Thursday, going the distance and striking out 11 in the Indians' 5-1 win over the Royals. Even with all of the strikeouts, Kluber needed just 101 pitches to finish off the Royals. 75 of them were strikes. The one run he allowed was unearned, courtesy of a Nick Swisher error. Kluber lowered his ERA from 5.40 to 3.90 with the performance. We wouldn't necessarily expect more starts like this one, but he's never stopped looking like a fair bet in mixed leagues.

Corey Kluber was hit hard in Saturday's loss to the Blue Jays, surrendering four runs on nine hits over 6 2/3 innings of work. Kluber walked three and struck out three on the afternoon. A defensive miscue by Nick Swisher that wasn't ruled an error played a role in the two-run first inning, and was a hole that the Indians could never dig out of. Kluber will now look to improve upon an unsightly 5.40 ERA and 1.71 WHIP when he takes on the Royals at home on Thursday.

Corey Kluber allowed two runs on eight hits over 7 1/3 innings but took a no-decision against the White Sox on Sunday. After a clunker to start the season, Kluber has now thrown two quality starts in his last two outings. He didn't walk a batter in the game while striking out six. Kluber's next start will come next weekend against the Blue Jays.

Corey Kluber got the win in Tuesday's 8-6 win over the Padres, allowing three runs in six innings. Kluber allowed nine hits, including five doubles. On the other hand, Kluber struck out nine without issuing a walk. A bit of a mixed bag for sure, but Kluber should continue to post good numbers in the strikeout and walk departments, and those are the best indicators of future success.
