C.J. Wilson limited the Yankees to two runs and five hits in seven innings Friday to pick up a victory. Wilson had lost five of his last six decisions, though he was pitching no worse than he did when he opened the season 3-0. Now he's 5-5 with a 3.90 ERA. His 1.43 WHIP is still pretty unimpressive, but it's been coming down since April. Wilson has a favorable matchup at home against the Mariners next time out.

C.J. Wilson struggled in Saturday's loss to the Red Sox, surrendering four runs on eight hits over his five innings of work. Wilson also issued three free passes on the evening while striking out five. He was also highly inefficient with his pitches, needing 104 to get through five frames. He's been awful over his last three starts, compiling a 6.88 ERA and 1.53 WHIP. He'll attempt to get back on track when he takes on the Yankees at home on Friday.

C.J. Wilson was charged with three runs on five hits and had nine strikeouts over 7 1/3 innings in Sunday's loss to the Astros. C.J. Wilson's run of impressive starts ended on Memorial Day, as he allowed six runs on nine hits over 4 2/3 innings in a loss to the Dodgers. Prior to the outing, Wilson hadn't allowed more than three earned runs in a start since April 9. His ERA bounced from 3.39 to 3.95 during Monday's lemon, but it wasn't all bad news. Wilson, who hadn't walked less than two batters in an outing this year, surrendered no free passes to the crosstown Dodgers. The lefty takes a 4-3 record and 1.46 WHIP into a dream matchup next time out against the Astros.

C.J. Wilson allowed just one run over eight innings of the Angels' 7-1 win over the Mariners on Wednesday. Wilson had pitched well in three losses prior to Wednesday's start, so he took matters into his own hands against the Mariners. Wilson struck out 10 batters in his eight innings, and he now owns a 3.39 ERA through 10 starts. He'll get another turn Monday against the Dodgers.

C.J. Wilson allowed seven runs -- two earned -- in 6 1/3 innings as the Angels lost to the Astros on Tuesday. Wilson was hit-or-miss Tuesday, as he struck out 12 batters to go along with the seven runs allowed. He didn't get much help from his catcher, as Hank Conger had two fielding errors that led to the Astros' five-run third inning. The lefty has been generally good this season, so one rough outing shouldn't do much to change his standing. He'll try to be better the next time out against the White Sox on Sunday.

C.J. Wilson moved to 3-0 this season by limiting the A's to two runs in 6 1/3 innings on Wednesday. The bullpen held on from there in a 5-4 game, if only barely. Wilson still hasn't had a great outing this season -- he allowed six hits and walked five in this one -- but he also hasn't had any particularly bad ones and the Angels have scored 4-6 runs for him every time out. As a result, he's yet to take a loss despite a 4.04 ERA and a poor 1.57 WHIP.

C.J. Wilson struck out nine while allowing three runs in 5 1/3 innings Friday in a win over the Mariners. Wilson isn't doing much more than treading water, but thanks to generous run support, he has a 2-0 record to go along with his 4.30 ERA and 1.53 WHIP. Mixed leaguers should wait and see how he does against Oakland and Houston in his next two stats before they consider selling.

C.J. Wilson allowed three runs on five hits over six innings and took a no-decision in his start Sunday against the Tigers. Wilson didn't have his best stuff, but likely would have came away with a win if not for giving up a two-run homer to Prince Fielder. He finished with four strikeouts and threw 109 pitches. Wilson's next start is scheduled for Friday against the Mariners.
