C.J. Wilson notched his 13th victory of the season after holding the Yankees to one run over 6 2/3 innings on Thursday. Wilson gave up 11 hits and walked a batter, but he somehow managed to escape with giving up just one run. He struck out three in the victory and has now won his last five decisions. The southpaw will carry a 3.40 ERA into a start against the Indians back at "The Big A" next week.

C.J. Wilson allowed two runs on seven hits in 5 1/3 innings in a win over the Indians on Saturday. Wilson struggled with efficiency, as he gave up seven hits and four walks in the outing. His six strikeouts helped him work around all those baserunners, and his offense provided him enough support to pick up his 12th win. The lefty hasn't lost a decision since July 5. He'll try to keep that streak going Thursday when he faces the Yankees in New York.

C.J. Wilson allowed three earned runs on eight hits over 7 1/3 innings in Sunday's loss the Blue Jays. It was a solid bounce back effort from Wilson, who was roughed up for six runs in his last outing. He didn't give up any walks and had seven strikeouts, but was hit with a no-decision after the Angels' bullpen was unable to hold a two run lead. Wilson will take a 3.48ERA and 1.33 WHIP into his next start Saturday against the Indians.

He held the Athletics to just five hits while walking three and striking out six. One of the runs scored on a wild pitch. C.J. Wilson allowed three hits over 8 1/3 innings and combined with Ernesto Frieri on a shutout of the A's on Saturday. Wilson has allowed just five runs -- two earned -- over his last four starts, and his ERA is all of the way down to 3.15 for the season. Oddly enough, he's given up four homers to the Astros this year and five to everyone else.

C.J. Wilson allowed five runs in five innings but picked up the win against the Tigers on Tuesday. Wilson just had to be better than his opposing starter on Tuesday, as the teams combined for 22 runs on 26 hits. The left-hander allowed seven hits and two walks, striking out four. Still, the win was his third straight and moved him to 7-5 with a 3.88 ERA on the year. He'll have a good shot at a fourth consecutive win Sunday when he takes on the Astros in Houston.

C.J. Wilson combined with Scott Downs and Ernesto Frieri on a two-hitter Wednesday in a 1-0 win over the Mariners. Wilson allowed both hits -- singles off the bats of Kyle Seager and Kendrys Morales -- before Downs and Frieri finished up with perfect frames. Three of Wilson's six wins this season have come at Seattle's expense, and he's now 14-5 with a 3.55 ERA lifetime against the Mariners.
