Chien-Ming Wang yielded one run in 6 1/3 innings Saturday in a no-decision against the Orioles.
Pretty impressive performance against a tough lineup. Wang limited the Orioles to just five hits (four of them singles) while walking none and striking out a pair. He had his trademark sinker working, as he induced 15 ground balls. The veteran right-hander now owns a 2.61 ERA and 10/5 K/BB ratio in 20 2/3 innings over his first three starts with Toronto. We wouldn't bite in mixed leagues, but he's worth rolling with in AL-only leagues for now.

Chien-Ming Wang threw seven scoreless innings in Sunday's win over the Rangers.
Wang was signed to a minor league deal this week after he opted out of his contract with the Yankees. He limited the Rangers' offense to just five hits and two walks and managed five strikeouts in his first major league win since 2012. Wang is scheduled to make his next start Saturday against the Orioles.

Blue Jays purchased the contract of RHP Chien-Ming Wang from Triple-A Buffalo.
Wang opted out of his contract with the Yankees last Friday and quickly latched on with the Blue Jays. The 33-year-old right-hander will make the start Tuesday night against the White Sox, but he shouldn't be an option in most fantasy leagues.

Blue Jays signed RHP Chien-Ming Wang to a minor league contract.
Wang opted out of his deal with the Yankees on Friday to sign with Toronto and will join the Blue Jays' rotation on Tuesday for a start against the White Sox. The Jays aren't making him any guarantees beyond that one outing and he is not to be trusted in standard fantasy formats.

Yankees released RHP Chien-Ming Wang.
Wang has elected to opt out of his minor league deal and will sign on with the Blue Jays to start on Tuesday. The sinkerballer has posted a 2.33 ERA and 1.16 WHIP over nine starts at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Wang was bad for the Nationals last season but isn't a bad depth add.

Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe reports that Chien-Ming Wang isn't planning on opting out of his minor league deal with the Yankees.
Wang has the option to opt out on May 31, June 30, and August 10 and 31 if he so chooses, but so far none of the reportedly six teams interested in him is offering a major league deal. That could always change, but for now it looks like he'll remain at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. It was reportedly previously that the Orioles were one of the clubs interested in the sinkerballer.

The Orioles are one of several teams keeping tabs on Chien-Ming Wang.
Wang is able to opt out of his contract with the Yankees Friday. He might do so, given that he doesn't appear to be poised for a call-up despite a 2.65 ERA over eight Triple-A starts. The O's would have competition for the right-hander's services.

Chien-Ming Wang has opted to stay with the Yankees following the first opt-out date in his minor league contract.
Wang's agent, Alan Chang, confirmed the news to Focus Taiwan. Wang has compiled a 0.95 ERA and 7/3 K/BB ratio in 19 innings over three starts with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and reportedly showed improved velocity in his most recent outing. While he'll stick around as rotation depth for now, his contract has future opt-out dates of May 31, June 30, and August 10 and 31.

Yankees signed RHP Chien-Ming Wang to a minor league contract.
The deal was first reported by CBS Sports' Jon Heyman on Friday and is now official. Wang returns to the Yankees after spending parts of the last two seasons with the Nationals. The 32-year-old right-hander will open this year at the Triple-A level, but could make his way into the rotation at some point in 2013.

Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports that the Yankees have agreed to terms with free agent Chien-Ming Wang.
Wang returns to the place he began his MLB career (and posted a 55-26 record over five seasons). It's likely to be a minor league deal, but there's an opportunity for the 32-year-old right-hander to make his way into the rotation at some point in the 2013 season if he pitches well at Triple-A.
