Blue Jays signed RHP Chien-Ming Wang to a minor league contract. Wang opted out of his deal with the Yankees on Friday to sign with Toronto and will join the Blue Jays' rotation on Tuesday for a start against the White Sox. The Jays aren't making him any guarantees beyond that one outing and he is not to be trusted in standard fantasy formats.
