Carlos Gonzalez was scratched from Sunday's lineup due to lower back stiffness.
The Rockies are without both of their stars, as Troy Tulowitzki (hip) is sitting out, as well. CarGo's injury seems like a day-to-day situation. Ty Wigginton took his spot in left field.

Carlos Gonzalez finished 4-for-6 with two RBI against the Dodgers on Friday.
Two of his hits were bunt singles. Gonzalez has now driven in a run in 11 straight games, breaking Vinny Castilla's Rockies record. It's the longest streak in the majors since Jorge Cantu drove in runs in 14 straight in Sept. 2009-Apr. 2010.

Carlos Gonzalez launched a three-run homer Saturday, helping the Rockies to a 6-1 win over the Cardinals.
CarGo also plated Seth Smith on a ground rule double to right field in the top of the ninth inning. The dynamic outfielder seems to be growing more comfortable as he moves further and further away from his wrist injury.

CarGo is now 4-for-15 with four RBI since coming off the disabled list on Saturday. So far at least, his wrist isn't looking like it will be an issue down the stretch.

Carlos Gonzalez (wrist) is expected to be activated from the disabled list Saturday.
It had looked like his return to the lineup would be delayed until Sunday after Wednesday's rehab game was rained out, but evidently the Rockies are convinced he's ready after he went 3-for-10 at the plate in three rehab games. More importantly, though, is that the wrist held up.

Carlos Gonzalez (wrist) went 2-for-4 with a run scored Thursday in his first rehab game for Triple-A Colorado Springs.
CarGo's first game was supposed to be Wednesday, but that got rained out. The Rockies want him to play three rehab games, so he'll now return on Sunday instead of Saturday. That's assuming, of course, that the wrist that's bothered him since early July isn't any issue anymore.
