According to FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal, the Rangers approached Atlanta recently about Brian McCann. The Braves are on track to win the National League East and have no intention of getting rid of McCann this summer. But keep an eye out for Texas when the impending free agent catcher his the open market in November. McCann's bat would play nicely in Arlington.
