The Pirates were down 5-0 at that point, but the game was far from over. Still, apparently Bannister thought it was best to give the struggling outfielder a breather. McCutchen is hitting just .226 on the year and has only driven in one run over his last 10 games.

He's one of the few five-tool players in the game, and most of those tools were on display Saturday. He may not replicate his stellar 2012, but McCutchen is still one of the best fantasy players going these days.
