Tatar is slated to rejoin the Golden Knights' lineup for Monday's Game 4 matchup with Washington, Brian McNally of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With David Perron struggling and Vegas have dropped its last two contests, it looks like coach Gerard Gallant wants to insert some fresh legs into the lineup. The 26-year-old Tatar has only appeared in six of the Golden Knights' 18 postseason contests; however, five of those have been victories. In addition to taking Perron's spot on the second line, Tatar is expected to join the second power-play unit.

Tatar opened the scoring for Vegas in its 3-1 road win over Winnipeg in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Tatar, who's been a frequent spectator in these playoffs, initially misfired from close range but he quickly gathered himself following the miscue and made good on the second chance. You can bet that Vegas coach Gerard Gallant is aware that his team has lost only once in the five times that Hot Sauce has taken to the ice in the 2018 postseason, but David Perron being under the weather and missing this latest game was the primary reason why Tatar was on the ice in this one.

Tatar was a healthy scratch during Sunday's Game 3 tilt with Los Angeles, Steve Carp of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although Tatar has skated in each of the 22 games since Vegas acquired him at the deadline, he's been relatively cold lately only notching a goal and an assist in his last 10 contests, and he'll take a seat as David Perron returns to the lineup. It's unlikely his stay in the press box will last for long, but with Vegas having plenty of forward depth along the wings, his position in the lineup will certainly be worth monitoring in the future.

Tatar found the back of the net in Tuesday's 4-1 home win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
This was the Czech's second goal and third point since coming over from Detroit at the trade deadline. It seems that Tatar's had difficulty fitting into the overall scheme run by coach Gerard Gallant, particularly when it comes to line defense. He's skated to a rating at minus-2 or worse in three games for Vegas; a guy like Tatar certainly has the wheels to thrive in this up-tempo offense, so it's probably only a matter of him becoming more familiar with the tendencies of his linemates in the top six. Be patient with Hot Sauce.

Tatar pocketed his first goal as a Golden Knight on Sunday in a 3-2 win over New Jersey.
EDGE Analysis
Even better, the goal was scored with his team on a man advantage. Tatar was a big trade deadline acquisition for Vegas, proving that the team is looking to win right now. It's promising to see the Czech forward already securing time on the power play, as that should increase his production moving forward.

Tatar is slated to make his Golden Knights debut in Tuesday's game against the Kings, NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vegas offered Detroit a deal that it couldn't refuse, ultimately packing a trio of early-round drafts for Tatar, who posted 16 goals and 12 assists -- including 11 power-play points -- through 62 games for a team that's bound to miss the playoffs for the second straight season. It appears that Tatar will be centered on the third line by Cody Eakin and opposite Alex Tuch. Hot Sauce moves from an offense ranked 26th to one situated second overall in goals per game (3.47), so he could turn out to be a gem in the final stretch of the fantasy season.

Tatar joined Vegas in a deal that saw first-, second-, and third-round picks sent to Detroit on Monday, Pierre LeBrun of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Golden Knights continue to surprise this season, though it's not for their play on the ice on this occasion. Tatar was acquired for what could be considered a fairly steep price, but he's a player that can help the new franchise in its chase for the Stanley Cup. A three-time 20-goal scorer who's tallied 16 markers through 62 games this campaign, Tatar will offer Vegas scoring depth and flexibility within their top-three forward lines.

Tatar (undisclosed) is expected to play in Saturday evening's home contest against the Hurricanes, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports, citing Red Wings coach Jeff Blashill's comments from Friday.
EDGE Analysis
The Red Wings revealed their projected line combinations for the upcoming contest, and Tatar's name is listed on the second line opposite Andreas Athanasiou, and he's set to be centered by blue-collar Michigan native Dylan Larkin -- who happens to be leading the team with 44 points through 60 games. Hot Sauce only has 16 goals and 11 assists of his own, but more than one-third of his points have been of the power-play variety to keep him from being waiver fodder in deep settings.

Tatar missed practice Friday after he was shaken up in overtime during the previous night's home game against the Sabres, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Khan further notes that Tatar was able to return for a shift after he absorbed a hit in the bonus frame, but this still warrants an injury designation as far as fantasy games are concerned. Consider Hot Sauce day-to-day ahead of Saturday's home clash versus the Hurricanes.

Tatar was relentless in the process of scoring his 16th goal of the season Tuesday night in a 3-2 home loss to the Predators.
EDGE Analysis
Cue the replay and you will see that this was anything but a pretty goal, but Tatar's effort was spectacular. There were several Red Wings and Predators feverishly trying to control the puck directly on the doorstep, but the Czech winger stayed focused and lit the lamp using what looked more like a pool shot near the corner pocket. Tatar's a threat to score on any given night, making him playable as a mid-priced flier in most daily fantasy formats when the Wings are in action.
