Couturier collected a pair of assists in Wednesday's 3-2 win over Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier has been dishing with regularity of late, as he now has six assists over his last six games. The recent run of production has the 23-year-old up over the 30-point plateau (31) for the third time in his third full NHL season, and he has a real shot at eclipsing his career high of 39 with 13 games remaining.

Couturier chipped in a helper for the third straight game Friday as the Flyers beat Tampa Bay 3-1.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier has been producing at a point-every-other-game pace since returning from a foot injury on Feb. 23, compiling four assists in eight contests. He's been a bit of a defensive liability during that span, though, with a minus-4 rating. Through 48 games this season, the 23-year-old has 28 points, 91 shots on goal and a plus-5 rating. If the Flyers are going to battle their way into the postseason, they're going to need all hands on deck, which includes important secondary scoring from guys like Couturier.

Couturier (foot) will return to the lineup Tuesday night against the Hurricanes, Kyle Phillippi of CSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier missed the past nine games, but he'll be welcomed back with open arms as he plays sound line defense and is blossoming as a playmaker. The 23-year-old has nine goals and 15 assists this campaign and don't forget that he had been on a tear, averaging a point per game starting with a match against the Hurricanes on Dec. 15. Don't hesitate to plug Couturier back into the lineup immediately; we presume he'll be heavily relied upon with Claude Giroux out with an upper-body injury Tuesday.

Couturier (foot) appears to have a good chance to play Tuesday against the Hurricanes, Bill Meltzer of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Absent since late January with a lower-body issue, Couturier skated Sunday and again Monday, and indicated he feels ready to go. Expect the team to update his status again on gameday, but his return would provide some relief in light of the news that Claude Giroux (upper body) will sit again.

Couturier, who has missed the Flyers' last nine games with a foot/ankle injury, skated Sunday, philly.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per GM Ron Hextall, Couturier -- who has 24 points in 40 games to date -- is "ahead of schedule" at this stage and could play again as soon as Tuesday's game against Carolina.

Couturier (lower body) has been placed on injured reserve, per the NHL's official media site.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier is expected to miss four weeks with his lower-body injury, so this comes as no surprise. Philly has rattled off three straight wins and hopefully -- if you're a fan of the Orange & Black -- Couturier's absence doesn't seriously disrupt the positive momentum. Still, that could be wishful thinking as Couturier is a proficient line defender and has a playmaker's touch, having collected a helper in each of his past three games and notching 24 points in 40 contests on the year. As a testament to his solid two-way play, Couturier is also plus-9 on the year which is a stark contrast to the Flyers' minus-13 goal differential.

Couturier will miss four weeks with a lower-body injury, Kyle Phillippi of CSN Philly reports.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier, a proficient two-way forward, had missed three games before the All-Star break due to a lower-body injury, which we suspect is related to this latest setback. The 23-year-old logged 17:44 of ice time against the Canadiens in the first game after the break but was limited to just 11:35 in his most recent showing, a win over the Predators on Thursday. The last series of games that Couturier missed, the Flyers went 1-2-0 and that's an ominous sign for a Flyers team trying to stay competitive in a Metropolitan Division that only has one team with a losing record (Columbus: 20-28-5).

Couturier (lower body) will return for Tuesday's tilt against the Canadiens, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier had been held out of the club's last three games with a lower-body ailment, but the time off from the All-Star break was apparently enough for the 23-year-old to heal up. He's slated to slot into a top-six role, skating alongside Sam Gagner and Brayden Schenn on the team's second line.

Couturier (lower body) is expected to rejoin the lineup Tuesday against the Canadiens, Tim Panaccio of CSN Philadelphia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier has been sidelined since Jan. 21 with the lower-body ailment, but should provide an offensive boost in his return to the lineup Tuesday assuming that's the case. The veteran forward has 22 points in 38 games this season, and should be amongst the team's top-six forwards in his return.

Couturier (lower body) is on injured reserve, according to the NHL's official media site.
EDGE Analysis
Couturier has not played in the last four games due to the lower-body ailment but will be eligible to return once healthy. His move to injured reserve largely went unreported with the league focusing heavily on All-Star weekend, which runs from Jan. 30-31.
