Neuvirth will assume the starter's duties for Tuesday's contest against the Devils, Bill Meltzer of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth played a stupendous game in his last start, holding the Golden Knights to just one goal on 39 shots to escape with a win in Vegas. Considering Brian Elliott (lower body) remains without a timetable for return for now, this could be the Czech goalie's opportunity to seize the starting job once and for all. He'll look to do so against a New Jersey team that has dropped four games in a row.

Neuvirth turned aside 38 of 39 shots in a 4-1 win over the Golden Knights on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran netminder was fantastic all game long, handing Vegas just its fourth regulation loss at home this season. We don't blame you if you didn't see this one coming -- it was Neuvirth's seventh win of the year and he had mediocre numbers (.911 save percentage, 2.61 GAA) heading into the contest.

Neuvirth will get the starting nod on Sunday in Vegas, Brandon Sommermann of Philly Sports Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth came in to Saturday's game against the Coyotes for the shootout and lead his team to victory after an injury to Brian Elliott (lower body). The 29-year-old netminder has given up five goals in each of his last two starts, making just 32 saves in the process. However, he's been a solid backup this season as a whole, registering a 2.61 GAA and .911 save percentage.

Neuvirth made six saves in relief of Alex Lyon during a 4-3 shootout loss to the Senators on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The 29-year-old steadied the Flyers enough to allow them to come back and steal a point, but ultimately, the goaltending for the Flyers has been terrible the last four games without Brian Elliott (lower-body). Lyon and Neuvirth have allowed a combined 17 goals in the past four contests. Elliott cannot come back soon enough for the Flyers and owners alike.

Neuwirth gave up five goals on 20 shots before being removed midway through the third period of Wednesday's 5-3 loss to the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
It's the second straight game in which Neuwirth has been beaten five times, after he allowed only five goals in total over his five previous appearances. There's no indication yet when Brian Elliott (lower-body) might be ready to return from IR, and until he does the Flyers may be stuck relying on Neuwirth regardless of how poor his form is.

Neuvirth (illness) will tend the twine against the Capitals on Wednesday, John Boruk of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Brian Elliott (lower body) on injured reserve, getting Neuvirth back to 100 percent is good news for Flyers fans. The 29-year-old Neuvirth is currently sitting with a 5-6-1 record that includes one shutout and a .918 save percentage. Stopping Alex Ovechkin and company on the road will be no easy task for the Czech.

Neuvirth missed practice Monday with an illness, Sam Carchidi of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Flyers don't play until Wednesday, but there is still reason for concern here. Brian Elliott missed Philly's final game before the All-Star break, so they could end up finding themselves without either of their top two goalies. If Elliott or Neuvirth can't go Wednesday, Alex Lyon will likely be called up.

Neuvirth allowed five goals on just 22 shots during Thursday's 5-1 loss to Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
This was a disappointing showing from Neuvirth and the Flyers, as Philadelphia is fighting for a playoff spot and was bullied by the best team in league. The Czech netminder had won each of his previous three starts and posted a .955 save percentage and 1.36 GAA through his latest five appearances, though, so there's potential. It's likely best to approach Neuvirth on a start-by-start basis and avoid difficult matchups.

Neuvirth will be between the pipes for Thursday's clash with Tampa Bay, Sam Carchidi of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth is undefeated in his previous four outings while registering a 1.20 GAA. The netminder's streak will face a stiff test in the Lightning's high-powered offense that is scoring a league-leading 3.50 goals per game. Undisciplined play by the Flyers could make things even tougher for the Czech, considering the team's penalty-kill percentage is a paltry 75.2 (third lowest in the NHL).

Neuvirth made 28 saves in Saturday's 3-1 win over New Jersey.
EDGE Analysis
Neuvirth made his second-straight start, but just his third since Nov. 28. He won both of those starts, but we expect him to sit Sunday when the Flyers play the second half of a back-to-back. Neuvirth could see more playing time if he can continue to show the kind of efforts he's delivered this week.
