Fleury recorded his league-leading fifth shutout Tuesday, stopping 29 shots in a 1-0 victory over New Jersey. Prior to Tuesday, Fleury had allowed an average of three goals per game in his last four starts, but the short-handed Devils mustered few sustained threats against Pittsburgh. Fleury is lined up to start Tuesday's game against the Devils, Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. Fleury was the first goalie off the ice following Tuesday's morning skate, which puts him on track to start Tuesday night. He will square off against a slumping Devils team that has won just three times since Nov. 1.

Fleury will be in the crease Friday against the Hurricanes. Fleury will have strong odds of celebrating his 30th birthday with a win, as the Hurricanes enter Pittsburgh will losses in six of their last seven games. The Flower has seen his save percentage take a hit over his recent outings, but the collection of offensive stars in front of him will continue to make him a heavy favorite to win most nights.

Fleury stopped 24 of 27 shots to propel the Pens to a 4-3 overtime win against the Leafs on Wednesday. This was not one of Fleury's best games statistically this season, but he was able to make the big saves when he needed to and gave the Pens the opportunity to win the game in overtime. The win ties him for 3rd in the NHL with 13 on the season. He is still leading the league in shutouts with four and has not shown any signs of slowing down. Fleury has always been an outstanding regular season goalie who will compete for the most wins in the league, so consider him a must start every night, until the playoffs.

Fleury is set to start Wednesday at home against the Maple Leafs. The Pittsburgh goalie made 23 saves in a 5-2 win over Toronto on Oct. 11 at Consol Energy Center. Historically, the Maple Leafs have given Fleury and the Pens trouble in Pittsburgh -- the Flower was pulled after allowing three goals in 11 shots last Nov. 27, making it possible Wednesday could be a high-scoring affair.
