Fleury turned away 30 of 32 shots attempts en route to a 7-2 thrashing of the Wild on Tuesday.
Fleury's now bounced back with a couple strong wins in a row following a stretch in which he lost four of his five decisions. Every goalie turns in a clunker here and there; Fleury's repeatedly shown that he can rebound from his clunkers, and he's done it again by defeating the Habs and Wild over these last two games.

Fleury was the first goalie off the ice following Tuesday's morning skate, which puts him on track to stat Tuesday night. He has not done much winning of late, but he picked up the victory his last time out and is still tied for fifth in the league with 21 wins.

The Penguins outshot the Bruins 39-24 on the night, but Tuukka Rask was stellar at the other end of the ice, so Fleury was saddled with the OT loss. He's now 20-7-4 on the season with a .925 save percentage and a 2.20 GAA.

Fleury will be in the crease Saturday against the Canadiens.
After Thomas Greiss received the nod Friday night against the Lightning, Fleury will draw back into the net for the second game of the Pens' back-to-back set. The match will feature two of the league's better netminders this season, as both Fleury and the Habs' Carey Price rank in the league's top 10 in wins, save percentage and GAA.

Making his eighth start in a row, Fleury made several key saves in the third period to preserve the win for the Penguins. He's lost a little bit of steam of late, but with a 2.12 GAA and .928 save percentage on the season, he still ranks among the league leaders in both categories.

Fleury was the first goalie off the ice at morning skate and is expected to start Wednesday versus the Hurricanes, Seth Rorabaugh of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Backup Thomas Greiss is now healthy following a bout with the mumps, but that won't stop coach Mike Johnston from turning to Fleury for a likely eighth straight start. The netminder has taken losses in three straight outings, surrendering three goals on each occasion. An outing against the league's 29th-ranked team in scoring could be exactly what Fleury needs to get back on track.
