Turris has registered a goal and an assist through two games heading into Ottawa's preseason finale Saturday against Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
With Derick Brassard's (shoulder) status for the regular season up in the air, it's important that Turris is in good form to start the campaign. When healthy, Turris has established himself as a reliable scorer and is coming off a career-high, 27-goal campaign last year. With a number of capable wingers to flank him, the 28-year-old pivot projects to have another solid fantasy showing in 2017-18.

Turris scored a goal and added an assist during Wednesday's Game 3 win over Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
This was the first multi-point game of the playoffs for Turris, and it improved him to just four goals and eight points through 15 games. After scoring a career-high 27 goals during the regular season, it's been a slow follow up. The Senators will need Turris to continue moving the offensive needle like he did in Game 3 to advance past Pittsburgh.

Turris scored the game-winning goal in overtime Saturday in a 5-4 victory in Game 5 against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Turris scored off the rush. He has goals in back-in-back games and four points in five games against the Rangers. The Sens are now up 3-2 in the series heading to Madison Square Gardens.

Turris scored the lone Ottawa goal and picked up seven PIM in Friday's Game 4 loss to the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Turris struck with a late third-period snipe to ruin the shutout bid of Henrik Lundqvist. The top-line center has been somewhat of a factor in this series, also picking up points in the opening two games. Turris has a wicked shot and the Senators will need to see more of that from him if they hope to change the momentum of this series. He scored 27 times in the regular season, but has only found twine twice this postseason, so we know there's another level he can get to.

Turris (rest) will indeed skip the regular-season finale Sunday against the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Along with Turris, most of the big names including Mark Stone, Mike Hoffman, Derick Brassard, Erik Karlson, Cody Ceci, Dion Phaneuf, Zack Smith and Viktor Stalberg will all skip the team's last regular-season tilt. All of them should be available again for Game 1 of the team's postseason run, though the exact date won't be confirmed until later Sunday.

Turris might be one of a handful of players rested in the regular-season finale against the Islanders Sunday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Senators do not have much to play for with their playoff spot already locked in, so there is no sense getting any of their regulars injured in a meaningless game. They might recall several from the AHL ranks to fill out their lines.

Turris scored a goal, added two assists, registered four shots and posted a plus-2 rating during Monday's shootout win over Detroit.
EDGE Analysis
The goal gave Turris a new career-high mark of 27, and his 54 points are his second-highest total. He's the go-to offensive pivot for the Senators, and Monday's three-point showing reinforced his sneaky upside. While Turris is far from an elite fantasy asset, his numbers move the needle in the majority of settings.

Turris posted a goal and a power-play assist in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout loss against the Flyers.
EDGE Analysis
Unfortunately for the Senators, he missed in the first round of the shootout, but his fantasy owners won't be bothered. Turris has now surpassed 50 points for the third time in his career, all of which have come in the past four seasons. That kind of production plays in quite a lot of fantasy leagues.

Turris scored a power-play goal in the second period and the game-winning goal in the third frame Tuesday against the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
So ends a lengthy stretch of far-from-elite production for Turris, who hadn't posted a multi-point game in more than a month -- a stretch in which he put up just five points (four goals and an assist) with a minus-5 rating over 12 games. He also missed three contests to a finger injury in that time span. Nonetheless, Turris still holds the top center position in Ottawa, and when he's at his best, the points can come in a hurry.

Turris scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
It was his team-leading 23rd goal of the season. While his career point mark is not within reach, Turris is just three goals from equalling his best set in 2013-14. Unfortunately, his four points (all goals) in his last 10 games are far from good enough to be a fantasy factor at pivot, unless your format overweights goals.
