Quincey provided a goal and an assist in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey factored into both Devils goals, doubling his season point total in the process. The veteran blueliner now has two goals in his last three games after opening his Devils tenure with a 13-game drought. He has never reached double-digit goals, so expectations should be tempered at age 31.

Quincey (lower body) was removed from injured reserve Thursday and will be in the lineup against the Panthers, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey will replace Steve Santini on the Devil's bottom pairing. While Quincey is a solid defender, he offers limited value due to his lack of offensive production. Even when it comes to ancillary stats such as hits and blocks, 49 and 62 respectively last season, the blueliner's numbers are rather pedestrian. His style of play is perfect for New Jersey, but just doesn't seem to translate into fantasy points on a regular basis.

Quincey (lower body) is expected to be activated from injured reserve in time for Thursday's game against Florida, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey has been plagued by injuries recently, including losing nearly half the season last year. If he can stay healthy, the former Red Wing should eat up similar ice time as compared to his 2015-16 campaign in which he averaged 19:46 per night. The biggest knock on the blueliner in terms of fantasy value is his absence from the power play, which makes him a mid-range option at best.

Quincey (lower body) was placed on the IR retroactive on Oct. 5.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey will be eligible to return on Wednesday after serving seven days on the IR due to a lower body injury. He was signed by New Jersey just under two weeks ago and figures to add a veteran presence to the team, although his production has been steadily declining.

Quincey (lower body) missed his third consecutive team practice Saturday morning, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey was courted by Devils' brass as an unrestricted free agent a little over a week ago, so this is an ominous start in new territory for the veteran blueliner. Of course, injuries are nothing new for the 11th-year Ontarian, as he was limited to 47 games with the Red Wings last year as the result of a lingering ankle malady.

Quincey is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey, who joined the Devils just over a week ago, has not been ruled out for New Jersey's final preseason contest Saturday against the Panthers. With fellow blueliner John Merrill (finger) out at least four weeks, the 31-year-old Quincey figures to see regular ice time on the third line, assuming he is able to return before the start of the 2016-17 campaign. The defenseman fits perfectly into the Devils' style of play, but as a result is likely to have limited fantasy value due to a lack of offensive production.

Quincey signed a one-year, $1.25 million deal with New Jersey on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey spent part of the past five season with the Red Wings, but saw his 2015-16 campaign waylaid by injuries. The 31-year-old is the second veteran added by the Devils over the summer, which should raise some red flags for fantasy owners considering youngsters Steve Santini or Colton White for their lineups. Even if Quincey can stay healthy, the defenseman is unlikely to add much in terms of point production, but could fill some ancillary stat columns.

Quincey, a pending unrestricted free agent, is not likely to return to the Red Wings next season, The Detroit News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey made $8.5 million over the last two seasons -- that's a hefty chunk of change, and the Wings aren't in a position to offer the injury-prone defenseman another contract unless he happens to agree to a significant pay cut. After all, he battled an ankle injury and appeared in only 47 regular-season games. With Quincey likely out of the picture, Xavier Ouellet, who's out of options, is set up nicely to garner consistent playing time on the blue line in 2016-17.

Quincey tallied an assist Wednesday in a Game 1 loss to Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey is on a bit of a roll, registering three points in his previous four games. He's never been much of a scorer, but he did pick up a trio of assists in last season's seven-game series against the Lightning. That being said, Quincey is not a player you necessarily want to rely upon for fantasy playoff points.

Quincey dished an assist for the second straight game Wednesday, recording a point in a 3-1 loss to the Lightning.
EDGE Analysis
Quincey has missed more than half the season with ankle and concussion issues, but has been decently productive when in the lineup. He has five points in 15 games after not scoring more than 18 in the previous three seasons.
