Versteeg registered an assist in Saturday's win over the Avalanche.
It's just the fourth point in 10 games for Versteeg, who seems to have lost some steam after racking up 15 points in November. For the moment, he's still been able to retain a role on the Blackhawks' second line with Patrick Kane, which presents enough upside for fantasy owners to stay patient with him.

Versteeg looks to have finally recovered from blowing out his knee a couple years ago, and has experienced a scoring Renaissance since being paired with Patrick Kane and Brad Richards. The winger has seven points in his last three games, and is now at a point-per-game pace for the season, with eight goals and 13 assists in 21 games.

Versteeg assisted on both of Brad Richards' goals in a 4-1 win over the Kings on Saturday.
Versteeg is a vastly-improved player in his second stint with Chicago. He now has four assists in his past two games and 11 points in his past seven games. He's struggled in the past few seasons, bouncing from team to team, but has finally re-discovered his scoring touch in Chicago and showing some real chemistry with Richards. He's on pace to score at least 60 points this season, which would be a career-high.

Versteeg has found a home alongside Kane on the second line, recording four goals and nine points in his last six games. The 28-year-old now has 16 points in 19 games on the season, to go with a plus-8 rating. Given his current position on the Hawks' depth chart, Versteeg is definitely worth a look right now.

Versteeg scored for the third time in four games in Sunday's loss to Vancouver.
Life alongside Patty Kane is pretty sweet. Versteeg is thriving on the second line, collecting three goals and seven points in his last four games. He is also currently playing on the Hawks' top power-play unit, where he netted his goal Sunday. With seven goals on the season, Versteeg is worth adding, at least until Patrick Sharp (leg) returns from injury.

Versteeg continues to produce on the second line with Patrick Kane, recording two goals and five points in his last three games. With Patrick Sharp (leg) sidelined, Versteeg is seeing plenty of quality ice time time at even strength and on the power play. With 13 points and a plus-7 rating in 16 games on the season, Versteeg is definitely worth a look right now.

Versteeg scored a goal, had two assists, and was credited with seven shots on goal in Sunday's win over Dallas.
With Patrick Sharp sidelined with a leg injury, Vertseeg has been making bank on the second line, netting two goals and five points in his last four games. The fact he has 10 points (five goals) in 14 games on the season, makes him worthy of a look, especially if you're in a deeper league. Versteeg should continue to produce at even strength on the second line, but also look for him to put up points on the power play, where he lines up on the second unit alongside Marian Hossa.

Blackhawks' Versteeg was given the goal on Sunday against the Sharks that was initially credited to Trevor van Riemsdyk in the team's 5-2 victory, CBS Sports reports.
After further review the NHL announced Monday that the puck hit Versteeg, who was parked in front of Sharks' goalie Antti Niemi, before going into the goal off a slap shot by van Riemsdyk in the first period. Versteeg has four goals and two assists this season after the scoring change. With Patrick Sharp out for a couple more weeks, the Blackhawks are looking for Versteeg to pick up some of the scoring slack.

Versteeg scored two goals on three shots, went plus-2 and collected two PIM in Tuesday's 5-0 rout against Montreal.
Versteeg hasn't been finding the scoresheet with regularity, as he's only pointed in three of his nine games this year. He's relevant only in deeper fantasy leagues while buried in the Hawks' bottom six.
