Josh Harding told the Wild that he is fine to play, so he'll get the nod in Game 5 on Thursday night.
He left Tuesday's game with a leg injury and Darcy Kuemper, who will back him up, made his first playoff appearance in his place. Harding has posted a .923 save percentage and a 2.48 GAA in four appearances against Chicago in Minnesota's first-round series.

Josh Harding suffered a left leg injury on Tuesday.
Harding was filling in for injured starting goaltender Niklas Backstrom. If neither of them can play on Thursday, then Darcy Kuemper, who has played in just six career NHL games in the regular season, will start.

Josh Harding has been pulled from tonight's contest after being injured on a collision with Jonathan Toews.
The injury is unknown at this point and we'll update once we know more. Remember, Wild starting goaltender Nicklas Backstrom is also hurt, so 23-year-old rookie Darcy Kuemper takes over in net. Patrick Sharp beat Kuemper on the first shot he faced, which does not bode well for the Wild's chances in this game. A huge turnaround is required.

Josh Harding was shaken up after a collision with Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews, but remains in the game.
We'll update you on Harding's status if the Wild decide to take precaution and sit him for the start of the second period.

Josh Harding is expected to start in goal once again for Game 4 on Tuesday night.
Harding has pretty much done everything Minnesota could've asked after Niklas Backstrom was injured during pregame warmups ahead of Game 1. They'll need him to be stout once again Tuesday night. It's not a must-win game but it's pretty close. The Wild got back in the series with a Game 3 victory but they do not want to go back to Chicago down 3-1.

Josh Harding got his first playoff win in this 2013 series against the Chicago Blackhawks as the Minnesota Wild beat them 3-2 in OT on Sunday.
Harding stopped 25 out of 27 shots in that contest. Harding has been good-to-great during this series after Niklas Backstrom was injured during the pre-game warm-up of Game 1. Oddly enough, Harding was a little banged up before today's game.

In case there was any doubt, it's been confirmed that Josh Harding will start for the Minnesota Wild against the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 3 on Saturday.
This is close to a must-win game for the Wild being that they're down 2-0 in the first-round series. Harding has been solid and sometimes fantastic, yet he hasn't gotten much help from his teammates so far.

Josh Harding earned high praise from his Minnesota Wild coach, Mike Yeo, despite the team's 5-2 playoff loss to the Blackhawks in Chicago Friday night.
Harding allowed four goals on 47 shots. Yeo said Harding was "fantastic. We just left him out to dry tonight." The Wild, down 2-0 in the series, took 28 shots at Chicago goalie Corey Crawford Friday night.

Josh Harding allowed four goals on 47 shots in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.
Harding did everything he could to keep the Wild in the game in the first period, stopping 16 of 17 shots and limiting the Blackhawks to only a 1-0 lead. Harding's strong play continued in the second and the Wild tried to claw back into the game, but Chicago's high-powered attack was too much. The Wild have given Harding just three goals of support in two games and trail the series 2-0. Even if Niklas Backstrom returns in Game 3, it won't matter who's in net unless the Wild start putting some pucks in the net.

Josh Harding will play between the pipes in Game 2 on Friday.
Harding was a last minute replacement for Niklas Backstrom, who was hurt during the pregame warmup. Harding turned aside 35 of 37 shots, but the Wild couldn't capitalize on his strong play. They will attempt to even the series tonight.
