Bernier has done a fantastic job stepping in for the injured John Gibson (lower body), allowing two or fewer goals in all but one of his last five appearances. His .911 save percentage on the season is nothing too impressive, but it's his recent play that makes him worthy of a look right now. With the Ducks battling for playoff position and the former Maple Leafs goaltender on a roll, Bernier is worth inserting in your lineup down the stretch while Gibson remains out.

John Gibson is still dealing with a lower-body injury, so Jhonas Enroth will serve as the backup. Bernier has won three of his last four starts -- including back-to-back victories against tough opponents in the Blackhawks and Predators -- so the former Maple Leaf has been doing a solid job while filling in for Gibson. He'll face another stiff test against Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals on Sunday.

Bernier denied the Blackhawks 43 times on 43 shots Thursday, netting his second shutout of the season.
