Gibson was first off of optional skate Saturday and should start against Calgary, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
After a fantastic winning effort Thursday, deflecting 30 of 32 shots faced, Gibson is expected to gear up again for Game 2. The Flames will be hungry to bring a win back to Calgary, so the 23-year-old should have his hands full yet again. Including the regular season, Gibson has won his last three starts, recording a .963 save percentage, making him a hot pick for daily fantasy lineups.

Gibson made 30 saves in Thursday's 3-2 Game 1 win over the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
While the home team held a 41-32 advantage in shots, both goaltenders were busy in this fast-paced series opener. Gibson did much of his finest work against Michael Ferland, who was held off the scoresheet despite producing a game-high seven shots on net. His .938 save percentage likely earned Gibson the nod for Game 2 as well, though coach Randy Carlyle does have a second quality goaltending option available in Jonathan Bernier.

Gibson will be between the pipes for Thursday's matchup with Calgary, Roger Millions of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gibson went 2-0-0 against the Flames this season and posted a 1.00 GAA in those contests. Since returning from injury, the netminder is undefeated in regulation, appearing in three outings to close out the year. Hopefully for fantasy owners, that will be enough to shake off the rust and have the 23-year-old at top form.

Gibson made 37 saves to shut out the Blackhawks on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Gibson helped the Ducks emerge with a 4-0 victory despite being out-shot in every period, earning his second consecutive victory since returning from a lower-body injury. His 2.22 GAA and .924 save percentage are clearly No. 1 goaltender numbers, and it appears Anaheim will be riding Gibson during the postseason despite Jonathan Bernier's 11-1-2 record, 1.91 GAA and .937 save percentage over the final 14 games of the American's absence. Regardless of who patrols the crease, this team's strong defensive play will make them a tough out.

Gibson will tend the twine against the Blackhawks on Thursday, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gibson will make consecutive starts for the first time since returning from injury, a good sign he will be ready to go full time for the postseason. The 23-year-old has posted a .938 save percentage in his two contests back, but will be tested by Chicago which is averaging 2.98 goals per game.

Gibson allowed one goal on 27 shots in a 3-1 win over visiting Calgary on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Despite now having 23 wins on the season, this was Gibson's first since Feb. 19 thanks to a lower-body injury that held him out of 15 games. He played well behind a Ducks squad that was only able to muster three shots in the first period, so it'll be interesting to see whether he or Jonathan Bernier (11-1-2, 1.91 GAA, .937 save percentage over his last 14 games) gets the nod for the playoffs, which are just over a week away.

Gibson will start Tuesday's game against the Flames, Eric Stephens of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks are working on an amazing 26-game home winning streak against the Flames. They're also 38-14 in the past 52 games versus Calgary. For whatever reason the Ducks have had their number, so Gibson should be in line for a good night if the trends continue.

Gibson took the loss in overtime Saturday against the Oilers. He made 34 saves in a 3-2 loss.
EDGE Analysis
Gibson is 3-4-1 in his last eight starts and his game has swung harder than a pendulum. In his last six, he has two shutouts and four games where he has allowed at least three goals. Twice, he allowed four or more. Gibson's inconsistency means you're rolling the dice every time you activate him.

Gibson will be stopping the pucks Saturday in Edmonton, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gibson has been battling a lower-body injury and hasn't played since a stopping 31 of 35 shots in a loss to St. Louis on March 10. This has been the Gibson's best season yet, recording a .921 save percentage and a 2.07 GAA in 49 appearances. He'll have his hands full in this matchup, though, facing an Oilers team that average 2.9 goals per game, which is good for 10th in the league. Gibson will face his fair share of rubber, it will be interesting to see how he responds.

By virtue of Jhonas Enroth's reassignment to AHL San Diego, Gibson (lower body) is presumably healthy enough to at least serve as a backup in the first of the team's four-game road trip beginning Tuesday against the Canucks, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
While Gibson's return will certainly be welcomed, Jonathan Bernier has been on fire in the crease during his absence. Bernier owns an 8-0-1 record over his last nine starts and could be in line to start the tilt despite Gibson's availability. A goalie confirmation of one of the two should come across on game day, but Gibson's role as the workhorse is certainly on hold for now.
