Gibson is on track to start Tuesday's game against the Blue Jackets, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Gibson, who last started on March 18, will look to help the Ducks bounce back from Sunday's 7-2 loss to the Rangers, a game in which he allowed four goals on 22 shots after replacing starter Frederik Andersen. Prior to that, Gibson had won his previous three decisions for Anaheim.

Gibson allowed four goals on 22 shots after replacing starter Frederik Andersen Sunday in New York. Much like starter Andersen (who went 4-of-7), Gibson got torched by a Rangers team that had struggled to score in its previous outings. The win would have given Anaheim sole possession of first in the league and the honor of being the first team to cross the 100-point plateau -- something they're going to have a chance to achieve Tuesday in Columbus.

Gibson allowed two goals on 31 shots in Wednesday's overtime win over the Kings. This makes Gibson's third straight win and fourth straight start. His play has been stellar of late, so expect the Ducks to continue with the hot hand. Fantasy owners should do the same.

Gibson will be in the crease for Wednesday's match against the Blue Jackets, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. For at least the time being, Gibson appears to have overtaken Frederik Andersen as the Ducks' No. 1 netminder, and justifiably so. He'll earn a fourth straight start Wednesday, after holding fellow Western Conference playoff contenders in the Wild and Predators to one and two goals, respectively, in his last two outings. Once Gibson begins to lose a little momentum, Andersen should factor back into the conversation for starting duty, but fantasy owners should continue to keep the 21-year-old active while he has the hot hand.

Gibson went 25-of-27 in Sunday's win over the Predators. This makes two great starts since Gibson get shellacked in Calgary a few games ago, and marks his third straight start. It's definitely not time to start calling Gibson the starter in Anaheim, but it certainly seems that he's got an edge on Frederik Andersen at the moment.

Gibson led the Ducks onto the ice for warmups before Sunday's game against the Predators, nhl.com's Brooks Bratten reports. Gibson has now started three consecutive games, after Frederik Andersen started three of the previous four contests. It wouldn't be surprising to see either player in net for Wednesday's game against Los Angeles, but Gibson seems to have the current edge.

Gibson was fantastic Friday, stopping 32 of 33 shots in a 2-1 road win over the Wild. After being lit up for six goals one game prior by the Flames, Gibson rewarded coach Bruce Boudreau's decision to go back to him with a 32-save gem against a very tough Minnesota team. Gibson has now won three of his last four starts and owns a 10-6-0 record to go with a 2.54 GAA and .919 save percentage this season. It's anybody's guess right now who's going to man the crease for the Ducks, as Frederik Andersen has struggled in three starts since returning from an upper-body injury, but it's conceivable that Gibson has a slight edge given his recent play. Owners of both goalies should monitor closely.

Gibson will be in the net for Friday's game against the Wild, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. The decision to go with Gibson is somewhat surprising, as the netminder was torched for six goals on 23 shots in the Ducks' last game Wednesday against the Flames. It's possible that coach Bruce Boudreau just wanted the young netminder to put the bad outing behind him right away, so Gibson will get a shot at redemption Friday. Gibson will normally make for an appealing option most nights, but it may be difficult for him to claim a win on the road while opposing goalie Devan Dubnyk continues to play at an elite level.

Gibson went 17-of-23 Wednesday night in Calgary. The poor performance was a tad uncharacteristic for the netminder, who's been razor sharp when called upon in the past few weeks. Despite the poor performance, Gibson should continue to see some more starts down the stretch.

Gibson is confirmed as the starter in goal for Wednesday's game against the Flames, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Gibson will step in for Frederik Andersen, who struggled while receiving the nod in the Ducks' last two games. With a 9-5-0 record, 2.41 GAA, and .924 save percentage over his 15 appearances, Gibson has looked the part of the elite goalie prospect he was billed as coming into the season, and should be a serviceable fantasy option just about any time he's slated to start.
