There's always the chance that he could opt against playing at the last minute, but from the looks of warm-ups, you should be safe to put him in your lineup Sunday.

Jaromir Jagr generated a goal and an assist in Philadelphia's 4-1 win over Dallas on Wednesday night. The goal was the 657th of his Hall of Fame career and it gave him sole possession of 11th place on the NHL's all-time list. Jagr was pleased to have center Claude Giroux back sooner than expected from a concussion and as long as he can stay healthy, 70 points is real possibility for the veteran all-star.
