Andersen will command the crease Wednesday night against host Anaheim, Paul Hendrick of the Maple Leafs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Danish backstop is mired in a three-game losing skid, his longest such streak of the young season. His next start comes against a Ducks squad that's only averaged 2.83 goals per game at home, putting them at a tie with the Bruins for 20th place in the league for said category.

Andersen made 36 saves on 38 shots in an 3-2 loss to the Sharks on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has picked up a loss in four of his last five games, although you can't really fault him in this one. On the season, though, there is plenty to find fault with. He has a 3.46 GAA and a .896 save percentage.

Andersen will defend the cage for Monday's contest in San Jose, Mark Masters of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Danish netminder has a 6-4-0 record, though it could be quite ugly if not for the fact that the Leafs lead the NHL with 4.09 goals scored per game. Andersen owns a 3.61 GAA and .890 save percentage, and while these marks will certainly improve over the course of the season, utilizing him in a fantasy setting is risky until he begins to turn his play around.

Andersen made 26 saves in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Florida.
EDGE Analysis
He was fine, but he needs to be better. Way better. Andersen's save percentage is still south of .900 and his goals against is too high. The Leafs -- and your fantasy squad -- can only be as good as your missing link. And right now, his link is missing.

Andersen will tend the net Saturday against the Flyers, Paul Hendrick of the Maple Leafs' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has struggled between the pipes for the Leafs this season, especially at the home rink. He will attempt to improve on his home 4.37 GAA and .865 save percentage Saturday against a Flyers squad that has lost three of its last four games.

Andersen allowed six goals on 38 shots during Thursday's 6-3 loss to Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
The Hurricanes broke out offensively in this one, and Andersen and the Leafs didn't have an answer. He now sports a 6-3 record with a .893 save percentage and 3.54 GAA, and until Toronto shores up some defensive shortcomings, this isn't a great fantasy setup. The wins should continue to pile up, but it might take awhile for Andersen's ratios to return to respectability. Following Saturday's home bout with Philadelphia, the Maple Leafs head out on a four-game road trip next week, too.

Andersen will patrol the crease in Thursday night's home game against the Hurricanes, marking his 200th NHL appearance.
EDGE Analysis
Carolina is currently ranked 27th in the league in goals per game (2.43), but its lineup is chock-full of disciplined skaters, as evidenced by the team averaging a mere 5.7 PIM per game, good for first in the league. Andersen's chances of winning this one will likely hinge on the Leafs' ability to demonstrate why they have the fourth-best power play in the league.

Andersen made 36 saves on 38 Los Angeles shots in a 3-2 Monday victory.
EDGE Analysis
This was a perfect bounce-back performance for the goaltender after conceding five to Ottawa on Saturday. This time, he was able to keep Los Angeles in check and allow the Leafs to pull out a win in a relatively low-scoring contest by their standards. That's a great sign moving forward.

Andersen will patrol the blue paint versus the Kings on Monday, Kevin McGran of the Toronto Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson is coming off a less than stellar outing in which he gave up five goals on just 34 shots (.853 save percentage). Whenever the 28-year-old has kept his goals allowed under four, he has walked away with the win thanks to the high-powered offense in front of him. The netminder will be challenged to minimize the number of pucks bending the twine Monday, as he squares off against the league's third best offense (3.86 goals per game).

Andersen made 29 saves in a 6-3 loss to the Senators on Saturday night. He allowed five goals.
EDGE Analysis
Every time the Leafs fought back, the Great Dane caved and allowed a goal. Sure, there were a number of instances where Andersen just didn't have the support he needed. But that's what great goalies should do -- step up large and preserve momentum. He should stabilize, but right now, there are a lot of moving parts.
