He possesses a .945 save percentage in his last three games.

In his previous outing versus the Flames, the netminer gave up just one goal on 20 shots -- his lightest workload of the season. If his teammates can once again limit the amount of rubber the Dane sees, you'd have to imagine he has a good chance at securing win No. 16 of the 2017-18 campaign.

Andersen has been one of the best goalies in the NHL in the last month and he was sharp Saturday, especially early in the first when the Orcas dominated. Unfortunately, his teammates just couldn't deliver enough support to give him the win. Still, he remains an excellent fantasy play, so use with confidence.

Andersen is featured as a "Player to Watch" in NHL.com's preview of Saturday's road game against the Canucks, therefore, he'll be making his 24th start of the season.

EDGE Analysis

Freddie's gone 15-7-3 this season. He continues to improve as the season wears on, moving from an .896 save percentage in October to a .938 mark last month. He'll look to emerge victorious against a Canucks team that is far from shot happy (28th in attempts) but features the league's 13th-ranked power play at 20.8 percent.

Andersen made 41 saves in Thursday's 6-4 win at Edmonton.

While Andersen has had plenty of easy nights behind a high-scoring Toronto club, this wasn't one of those. His team's up-tempo style has led to Anderson's uninspiring 2.76 GAA despite a solid .919 save percentage, but it's also helped him accrue an excellent 15-7-1 record in 23 appearances, including wins in each of his past three.
