Andersen gave up three goals on 34 shots Thursday in a 4-3 shootout loss to Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks led 3-1 in the third period, but Andersen wasn't able to hold the fort and then was beaten by both the Jackets' shootout tries. Still, Andersen remains without a regulation loss since way back on Dec. 21 -- a span of seven starts and a pair of relief appearances. That in combination with John Gibson's recent inconsistencies should keep Andersen in there for a slight majority of starts moving forward.

Andersen will be between the pipes Thursday against the Blue Jackets, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen, winner of six straight, has been given the starting nod for the second game in a row. He's amassed a stellar GAA of 1.61 and a save percentage of .942 during his current win streak. Given John Gibson's very shaky outing in Pittsburgh on Monday, this looks to be Andersen's time to stake his claim on the starting job out in Anaheim.

Andersen stopped 23 of 25 shots in Friday's win over Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
That's five straight wins for Andersen, who is getting the job done on a surging Ducks team. The 26-year-old hasn't allowed more than two goals in a game since Dec.21 against Vancouver and is now 23-10-8 on the season with a .918 save percentage. Make sure he's in your lineup right now, as the Ducks are piling on goals, so the wins should continue to come.

Andersen will start in the crease Friday night against the visiting Coyotes, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen has an active four-game winning streak and is set to face an Arizona team putting up just 27.4 shots per game this season, second worst in the league and only in front of New Jersey. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it will be an easy matchup for Andersen as the 'Yotes average 2.67 goals per game, 11th best in the NHL.

Andersen fought off 30 shots and allowed only two goals in Tuesday's 3-2 victory over the Sharks.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen is undefeated in his last four starts and has a stellar 1.75 GAA in those matchups. The 26-year-old will likely continue to split time with fellow netminder John Gibson as both have been hit by the injury bug, but are performing well when healthy. With a handful of back-to-backs coming up, Andersen will have plenty of chances to cement himself as the starter if he can continue racking up wins.

Andersen will be between the pipes in Tuesday's game against the Sharks.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was sharp in his last outing, stopping 32 of 34 shots en route to a 6-2 win over the Bruins last Tuesday. The 26-year-old netminder will look to earn a fourth consecutive win Tuesday in a tough home matchup with a Sharks club averaging 3.13 goals per game on the road this season, third in the NHL.

Andersen turned aside 32 of 34 shots in Tuesday's 6-2 romp at Boston.
EDGE Analysis
That's three consecutive wins for Andersen, though this was also his first start in 11 days. John Gibson's displaced the Danish netminder as the No. 1 goalie for the moment, but Andersen's acquitted himself terrifically well lately, giving up two or fewer goals in seven of his last eight appearances. That leaves the door open to the possibility of increased work after the All-Star break, but he'll need Gibson to stumble a little too.

Contrary to earlier reports, Andersen (upper body) will be available for Wednesday's matchup with the Wild, Elliott Teaford of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Ducks reassigned Anton Khudobin to AHL San Diego on Wednesday, which was the first indication that Andersen would likely be available for Anaheim's matchup with Minnesota. John Gibson will start in goal Wednesday, meaning Andersen will serve as the Ducks' backup netminder against the Wild.
