Schlemko was claimed by the Flames on Sunday, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports. Schlemko was placed on waivers by the Stars on Saturday and likely would have been sent down to AHL Texas had the Flames not stepped in to grab the 27-year-old. This will be the third stop for Schlemko this season and it would be surprising if he saw extended time on the ice in Calgary.

Schlemko was placed on waivers Saturday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports. The move was likely made with the impending trade deadline in mind, as Schlemko's removal from the 23-man roster would give the Stars more cap room to work with. Expect Schlemko to pass through waivers unclaimed and report to AHL Texas on Sunday.

The Stars will scratch Schlemko on Thursday against the Lightning, according to Mark Stepneski of the Stars official site. Schlemko has only played five games with the Stars since being picked up off waivers in early January. He's without a point and has just logged six shots.

Schlemko will not play against Chicago on Sunday, Mike Heika of the Dallas Morning News reports. Schlemko was claimed off waivers by the Stars on Saturday but apparently isn't quite ready to skate on such short notice. His next opportunity to debut as the new seventh defenseman for the Stars will be against Columbus on Tuesday.

Schlemko was claimed off waivers by the Stars on Saturday, Mike Heika of the Dallas Morning News reports. The Stars had been forced to make one of their two rookies (Jyrki Jokipakka or Jamie Oleksiak) a healthy scratch most nights as their seventh defenseman, so the addition of the veteran Schlemko could alleviate that problem for the team. Expect one of the rookies to report back to AHL Texas in the coming days in an attempt to pick up more playing time, while Schlemko sticks around as the club's seventh defenseman. He looks to be little more than a depth player for Dallas, and it wouldn't be surprising if he's waived again before the season is done.

Schlemko was waived by the Coyotes on Friday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports. It's the second time that Schlemko has been placed on waivers this season. He went unclaimed the first time around, so it would seem likely that might happen again. The blueliner has four points in 20 games this season and has been serving as a healthy scratch recently now that Brandon Gormley is back from injury.

Schlemko was reassigned to AHL Portland on Friday. It doesn't appear that the Coyotes were satisfied with Schlemko's contributions in place of the injured Connor Murphy the last few games, as he'll be replaced on the blue line by Andrew Campbell, who was recalled in a corresponding move. Schlemko has tallied four points and a minus-7 rating over 15 games this season.

Schlemko scored his first goal of the season Saturday in a win over San Jose. He was plus-1 and added two shots, two hits, and five blocked shots in the contest. Schlemko now has points in consecutive games since being recalled from AHL Portland. He is trying to keep a roster spot once teammate Brandon Gormley returns from IR and games like this will certainly help.

Schlemko was recalled from AHL Portland on Tuesday. Schlemko was assigned to Portland over the weekend, but he will return to Arizona to take the roster spot of Brandon Gormley, who landed on injured reserve. It remains to be seen if Schlemko or fellow defenseman Chris Summers, who was already on the roster, will take Gormley's place in the lineup.

Schlemko was reassigned to AHL Portland on Saturday. After clearing waivers, Schlemko will have to bide his time in the minors until he receives his next call back to the Coyotes. At this time, the team appears content to stick with Chris Summers as their seventh defenseman.
