Craig Anderson's record dropped to 9-10-3 after the Ottawa Senators lost to the Phoenix Coyotes 4-3 in OT on Saturday.
His struggles continue, as he's now lost two games in a row (and probably deserved three, as he was pulled after 4:18 on Dec. 14 thanks to a poor performance, but didn't get the loss) and hasn't done well individually. Neither Anderson nor Robin Lehner seems capable of grabbing the top job this season.

Craig Anderson's difficult season continued Thursday as the Senators dropped a 4-2 decision to the Panthers.
Anderson's play this year has been a far cry from his stellar effort last season, though it's not reflected in his 9-9-3 record. His GAA is a miserable 3.39 while his save percentage is also poor at .897.

Goalie Craig Anderson was terrible for the Senators in their 5-2 loss to the Los Angeles Kings Saturday and he's trying hard to just forget about it.
Anderson was yanked early after he allowed two goals on four shots. After the game, he said: "I had a bad day. Everybody has a bad day once in awhile. It just so happens the red light goes on when I make a mistake. It's all magnified that way. It stinks, but I can't focus on it too much. I've got to move forward. You've got to put it behind you. It's a little blip on the radar and one of those things where the sooner you forget about it the better off you'll be."
