Soderberg assisted on the Bruins' only goal in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout loss to the Sabres. Soderberg, who had gone six games without a point, has not scored a goal since Jan. 17, a 24-game span. Overall, Soderberg has notched 10 markers and 36 points in 70 games to date, which puts him behind last season's scoring pace (16/32/48 in 73 games). While the big center has good instincts on offense and is certainly capable of heating up down the stretch, or in the playoffs, Soderberg's 2014-15 numbers could hamper his chances of cashing in big, assuming he hits free agency this coming offseason.
