Point finished with two assists during Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
The 21-year-old playmaker is up to nine goals and 20 points in as many games. It's unlikely that Point will be able to keep up that pace, but he's a bonafide top-six forward who needs to be played regularly in standard formats.

Point notched an assist in Wednesday's 5-1 rout over the Sharks.
EDGE Analysis
Point is now on a four-game point streak which includes two goals and three assists. Puns aside, he now has seven goals and 10 assists on the year. Thanks to Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov hogging the headlines, Point is quietly putting together a breakout season. The sophomore skater is on pace to easily break last year's total of 40 points. While still not universally owned in standard leagues, he needs to be.

Point collected a goal and an assist during Monday's 8-5 win over Florida.
EDGE Analysis
Outside of a three-game scoring drought, Point has been spectacular for the Lightning and fantasy owners. Additionally, that dry spell also aligns with him playing through an illness, so his six goals and eight assists through 13 games are all the more impressive. Opposing teams are struggling to slow down Tampa Bay right now, and Point's emergence as a go-to scorer is a big reason why. Don't forget, this level of production dates back to the end of last season when he recorded 16 points -- nine goals -- through the final 15 contests of the year.

Point (illness) is expected to play in Monday's game against Detroit and skated with the team before the game, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point's status for Monday's contest has been in question since the weekend, but it's looking like his illness has died down enough for him to play against Detroit. The 21-year-old has already turned heads this season after posting eight points in Tampa Bay's first five games, and should slide right back to centering the second line.

Point (illness) didn't take part in Monday's morning skate but is expected to be ready for the evening's matchup with Detroit, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Bolts will be crossing their fingers that Point is feeling well enough for the game, as he's enjoyed a scorching start to 2017-18 that's seen him score eight points in five games. Point finished with a solid 18 goals and 40 points last season and has taken his game to another level by consistently filling a top-six forward role so far this campaign. If Point is unable to dress, Gabriel Dumont will step in to the Tampa Bay lineup.

Point delivered an assist on the power play Saturday in a victory over St. Louis.
EDGE Analysis
Point is taking his game to the next level. He now has eight points (three goals, five assists) in just five games. Point won't produce like this all season, but it's clear his game is on a serious growth spurt.

Point scored the game-winning goal on the power-play in overtime during Monday's 4-3 victory over Washington. He also recorded an assist and three shots on net.
EDGE Analysis
After concluding 2016-17 with 16 points -- nine goals -- through the final 15 games, Point has exploded out of the gate this year with three consecutive multi-point outings. He's scored a goal and recorded an assist in all three of Tampa Bay's games for three tallies and four helpers total. While Point is bouncing around the lineup a bit, it's clear that he owns huge offensive upside and should be owned in all fantasy settings.

EDGE Analysis
Point is picking up right where he left off -- he had 11 points in his last 10 games, including a three-point outing in the final game of the season. And counting last season, Point is on a four-game, nine-point scoring streak. His game is on the rise. Don't miss out.

Point will play for Team Canada at the 2017 IIHF World Championship.
EDGE Analysis
Point had an extremely productive rookie campaign with the Lightning in 2016-17, racking up 40 points (18 goals, 22 assists) and 122 shots on goal in 68 games. The 21-year-old forward will be, at the very least, a strong depth option in all fantasy formats next season.

Point score two goals and added one assist in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Sabres. One of those goals was the game winner.
EDGE Analysis
Point's transition to center to backfill for injuries has been a resounding success. He finishes the season on a three-game, six-point streak and 11 points in his last 10 games. Point's 40 points in 68 games would have hit the rookie radar in any other season, save for the influx of teenagers into the NHL. He's a name you need to know for 2017-18.
