Dubinsky has stepped up his production since assuming number one center duties following the Ryan Johansen trade, scoring seven goals and 14 points in the last 17 games.
EDGE Analysis
Skating alongside Boone Jenner and Cam Atkinson, he's also chipped in a plus-4 rating, 11 PIM, 36 shots and 58 hits over that stretch. At his best, Dubinsky is an abrasive two-way player who can contribute in all three zones, and that's exactly what the Blue Jackets are getting from him right now. If he can avoid the injuries that have slowed him down in the past, Dubi figures to finish the season in impressive fashion.

Dubinsky ended a three-game pointless skid with a goal, an assist and a plus-2 rating Tuesday in a shootout loss to the Isles.
EDGE Analysis
Jaroslav Halak stopped him in the shootout, robbing Dubinsky of his chance to carry the day. He's put up inconsistent stats lately, with three multi-point games over his last six (adding up to seven points in that span), but no production at all in the other games. Meanwhile, Dubi is usually a solid producer of PIM, but he hasn't sat in the box since way back on Jan. 12 against these same Isles. On the bright side, the Alaskan winger has managed to stay mostly healthy this year, which he isn't able to say about two of the last three seasons. It's too bad his good health has been wasted on such a poor Jackets team.

Dubinsky scored a goal and added an assist Tuesday in a 5-2 win over Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
The Jackets turned out 5-2 victories against the Habs on consecutive days, and Dubi factored into half of those 10 goals. He's been a scoresheet regular since the end of December, racking up five goals and 14 points in the last 13 games despite playing for a Columbus squad that's been anything but consistent.

Dubinsky earned three assists in Monday's 5-2 win over Montreal. He also skated to a plus-2.
EDGE Analysis
Dubi grabbed the primary apple on all three of Cam Atkinson's goals which were spread out nicely over all three periods. He's now got 28 points in 43 games and should continue to factor into the Jackets' scoring at least semi-regularly, especially since he'll be relied upon more now that Ryan Johansen has been traded to Nashville.

Dubinsky scored his ninth goal of the season in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
He's on a roll, with three goals and eight points in his last eight games, and Dubinsky is settling back in as the Blue Jackets' number one center following the Ryan Johansen trade. He's not an ideal fit for the job, but given the power play time and quality wingers Dubi will have, he could maintain something reasonably close to a point-a-game pace in the season's second half.

Dubinsky scored his eighth goal of the season -- an empty-net power-play marker -- in Wedneday's 3-1 win over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Dubi's "snipe", if you want to call it that, came with just one second left on the clock on a wide-open cage after James Reimer had gone to the Leafs' bench for the extra attacker. Nevertheless, they all count, and the Jackets' alternate captain now has 23 points, 65 shots on goal, 39 PIM and a minus-6 rating (which isn't bad given how poorly Columbus has played this season) in 38 games.

Dubinsky was the only Columbus skater to score in Friday's loss to Carolina.
EDGE Analysis
Dubinsky could be relied upon even more than usual now that center Ryan Johansen has been shipped to the Predators. Dubi's on pace for 15 goals and 30 assists and that is technically more than he contributed last year, although various injuries limited him to just 47 games in 2014-15. The Blue Jackets own a minus-29 goal differential, which is the worst in the league but Dubinsky's mark is minus-5 on the season and that's not terrible due to his ability to create offense on his own.

Dubinsky set up three scores in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Dubinsky had gone pointless in three straight games before dazzling Tuesday with his first three-point effort of the season.

Dubinsky scored in the sixth shootout round to lift the Jackets to a 3-2 win over the Flyers. He also had an assist.
EDGE Analysis
He also picked up a fighting major and a kneeing minor penalty in an ugly first period. Dubinsky has four points in his last five games and 16 in 28 overall. He provides a depth option for fantasy owners. Nothing more, nothing less.

Dubinsky finalized the win Thursday with an empty-net goal against the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
Dubinsky struggled at first after returning from injury, going five games without a point, but seems to be getting his legs back under him, registering three points in his last four contests. On the season, the 29-year-old has six goals and nine assists, including three points with the extra attacker.
