Coleman snagged an assist in Tuesday's clash with the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman's helper extends his point streak to three games, his longest such stretch of the 2017-18 campaign. The 25-year-old is likely to continue seeing top-six minutes as long as Marcus Johansson (ankle) remains sidelined. If he maintain his current pace, Coleman should be able to challenge for the 20-point mark in his first full season in the NHL.

Coleman scored his second goal of the season in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman got the scoring started just 3:35 in, but Blues netminder Jake Elliott wasn't beaten again. The 25-year-old Texas native's two goals are his only points in 14 games, but Coleman does have a nice plus-7 rating.

Coleman signed a one-year, two-way deal with the Devils on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman is likely facing an uphill battle to secure a spot on the 23-man roster, given the number of prospects that will be given a look during training camp -- including Brandon Gignac and first-overall pick Nico Hischier. The 25-year-old Coleman saw action in 23 games last season in which he tallied just two points and a minus-7 rating. The center's numbers were significantly better in the minors -- 19 goals and 20 assists in 52 contests -- but he will need to standout among a crowded field of young talent.

Coleman was sent to AHL Albany on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
While Coleman didn't do much from a scoring perspective, he provided the club with a physical presence. Over 23 games, the 25-year-old forward delivered 51 hits and his play resulted in 27 penalty minutes. He collected two points on 27 shots on goals over that span, also contributing by blocking 15 shots. The Devils continue to lack consistent scoring, but Coleman doesn't figure to fill that void in the future.

Coleman (upper body) returned to action Sunday against Columbus, logging 13:36 of ice time and two shots on goal.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman missed Friday's game against the Penguins due to an upper-body ailment, but his injury evidently wasn't overly serious, as the 25-year-old pivot was able to return Sunday and log his normal ice time against the Blue Jackets. The 2011 third-round pick will continue to skate in a bottom-six role for the Devils when healthy, but his nearly non-existent offensive production keeps him safely off the fantasy radar.

Coleman (upper body) is not in the lineup for Friday's matchup in Pittsburgh, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Devils have not released any sort of timetable for Coleman's return, nor have they released any information specifying the nature of the injury. With just one assist in 12 games played this season, Coleman is not on the fantasy radar.

Coleman (upper body) will not play Thursday against Philadelphia, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear as to when Coleman suffered the injury or the nature of the injury itself, but more information is likely to be provided ahead of Friday's matchup in Pittsburgh. Since being recalled Feb. 27, Coleman is pointless with a minus-4 rating in seven games. With New Jersey's forward group being pretty banged up, expect Nick Lappin to draw into the lineup in place of Coleman.

Coleman was summoned from AHL Albany on Monday, Chris Ryan of The Star-Ledger reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman played his first five career NHL games with the Devils earlier this season, picking up an assist and five shots on goal in the short stint. However, his biggest contributions have come in the physical and grinding aspects of the game, providing nine hits, four penalty minutes and five blocked shots. While it's unlikely the 25-year-old forward will see a huge role increase this time around, he at least contributes across the board in leagues that count some of the odd stats.

Coleman was reassigned to AHL Albany on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
This is simply an example of a rookie paying his dues. New Jersey activated veteran Vern Fiddler (lower body) from injured reserve, essentially punching Coleman's ticket back to the AHL. Selected in the third round (75th overall) of the 2011 draft, Coleman will now focus on continuing his impressive AHL campaign for which he's posted 23 points (13 goals, 10 assists) in 34 games with a plus-15 rating also found on his player card.

Coleman was called up to the Devils on Tuesday, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coleman will be with the team at the onset of a four-game road trip that begins with Thursday's clash with the Oilers. He's known as a feisty little bugger skilled on the forecheck. However, despite Jacob Josefson (illness) and Vernon Fiddler (lower body) dealing with their respective issues, Coleman is no lock to draw into Thursday's game against the Oilers, since the Devils had enough players to fill out the forward lines even before the rookie's promotion.
