RB DAL (10)

Williams (shoulder) and the Cowboys agreed to terms on a three-year, $24 million contract Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
The new deal includes $16 million in guaranteed money and ensures that Williams doesn't enter the new league year as an unrestricted free agent. The North Carolina product inked a one-year deal with the Cowboys in March of 2025 after spending the first four years of his NFL career with the Broncos, and he enjoyed a breakout season in his first year with Dallas, when he turned 252 carries into 1,201 yards and 11 touchdowns while catching 35 passes (on 51 targets) for 137 yards and two scores over 16 regular-season games. The deal solidifies Williams as the Cowboys' RB1 while Malik Davis (eye) and 2025 fifth-rounder Jaydon Blue both operate in rotational roles.

QJeremiah Owusu-Koramoah
LB CLE (9)
Sat 2/21/26 4:39 PM

Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports that it is unlikely that Owusu-Koramoah will play in the NFL again due to a neck injury he sustained in October of 2024.
EDGE Analysis
Owusu-Koramoah sustained a serious neck injury that season while attempting to tackle running back Derrick Henry, which resulted in the former being carted off the field. Owusu-Koramoah was sidelined for the entire 2025 season, and it appears as though the injury will prevent the 2021 second-rounder from playing another NFL snap. If that is the case, he would end his NFL career with 308 total tackles, including 8.0 sacks, 17 pass defenses (three interceptions) and six forced fumbles across 49 regular-season games, along with a Pro Bowl selection in 2023.

QZach Charbonnet
RB SEA (8)
Fri 2/20/26 10:51 PM1 Comment

Charbonnet posted on social media that he underwent surgery to repair his torn ACL on Friday, Corbin K. Smith of SI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet suffered the ACL tear during Seattle's victory over San Francisco in the NFC divisional round. While Smith notes that it's not uncommon for a player to have surgery several weeks after the occurrence of an ACL injury, he also posits that the timing figures to push Charbonnet's recovery timeline further into the 2026 season. At this point, a definitive timeframe for the running back's return to game action hasn't been announced, but it's certainly possible that Charbonnet will miss a significant portion of the upcoming campaign.

Logan Wilson
LB FA
Fri 2/20/26 3:41 PM

The Cowboys waived Wilson on Friday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Archer, parting ways with Wilson saves the Cowboys $6.5 million against their salary cap. In a combined 15 regular-season games between the Bengals (eight) and the Cowboys (seven) in 2025, the 29-year-old linebacker recorded 70 tackles (34 solo) and five passes defensed.

Jalen Davis
CB CIN (10)
Fri 2/20/26 3:06 PM

Davis signed a one-year contract extension with the Bengals on Friday, the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
In seven regular-season games with the Bengals in 2025, his sixth campaign with the team, Davis recorded a career-high 20 total tackles (seven solo), including 1.0 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble. The 30-year-old, who has started three of the 59 regular-season contests he's played in with Cincinnati, figures to reprise his depth role in the team's secondary this coming season.

Kendall Montgomery
EDR/DE CIN (10)
Fri 2/20/26 2:57 PM

Milton signed a one-year deal with the Bengals on Friday, the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Milton, who spent the majority of the past two seasons on Cincinnati's practice squad, will thus have an opportunity to compete for a depth slot in the team's backfield ahead of the 2026 campaign. In his only regular-season appearance in 2025, Milton, who played his college ball at Georgia, logged two carries for two yards.

Amen Ogbongbemiga
LB FA
Thu 2/19/26 5:22 PM

The Bears released Ogbongbemiga on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Ogbongbemiga will hit free agency after having suited up for eight regular-season contests with Chicago in 2025, in which span he totaled 18 tackles (five solo) and one pass defensed. He also played 134 snaps on special teams. Ogbongbemiga figures to compete for a similar reserve role elsewhere in the league this offseason.

Michael Bandy
WR DEN (12)
Thu 2/19/26 5:20 PM

Denver re-signed Bandy on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Bandy spent the majority of the 2025 season on the Broncos' practice squad but made four regular-season appearances with the team, in which he secured all four of his targets for 50 yards and one touchdown. He was also elevated for the team's loss to the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game, but he was ultimately deemed a healthy scratch. Bandy will spend the offseason competing to reprise a similar depth role with Denver.

Alfred Collins
IL/DT SF (14)
Thu 2/19/26 1:54 PM

Collins recorded 17 tackles (four solo), two forced fumbles and one sack across 16 regular season games in 2025.
EDGE Analysis
Collins was asked to start early in his rookie campaign for a San Francisco squad lacking interior defensive line depth. The second-round pick didn't stand out from a statistical standpoint, but he did record the first sack of his career. Collins should be a frontrunner to start at one of tackle positions in 2026.

C.J. West
DE/IL SF (14)
Thu 2/19/26 1:46 PM

West appeared in 14 games for the 49ers in 2025, finishing the regular season with 21 tackles (12 solo) and one sack.
EDGE Analysis
The fourth-round draft pick was eased into the defensive line rotation before watching his snap count rise in the second half of the schedule. West nabbed his first career sack in Week 16 of the regular season and then went on to record another in the 49ers' divisional round loss to the Seahawks. The 23-year-old will enter his second pro season with an opportunity to compete for a starting defensive tackle position.
