Bateman caught two of four targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
The fifth-year wideout once again didn't see much target volume, but Bateman managed to make an impact with a 36-yard reception in the third quarter that helped set up a field goal. He's seen more than four targets only once in seven games this season, no matter whether Lamar Jackson (hamstring), Tyler Huntley or Cooper Rush has been under center, leaving Bateman with a 13-171-1 line on 26 targets on the season. Even if Jackson is able to return in Week 9 against the Dolphins, Bateman may not be able to benefit much.

Bateman had one catch for eight yards on two targets Sunday against the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
Lamar Jackson's absence continued to be a massive limiting factor on the Baltimore passing game Sunday. However, Bateman's involvement waned a bit Sunday as he played just 56 percent of the snaps, a season-low. His cold stretch precedes Jackson's absence, too. His best game thus far was five catches for 63 yards and a score against the Lions in Week 3. Outside of that game, Bateman has six catches for 57 yards on the year. The Ravens are on a bye in Week 7, and the hope is that the impending Jackson return will revitalize the floundering Baltimore offense.

Bateman had no receptions on three targets Sunday against the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
The Ravens were without Lamar Jackson on Sunday, and the offense struggled mightily. Bateman was not immune to those struggles as he was held without a catch on just three targets. Through five games, Bateman's production has lagged. He has 10 catches for 112 yards and a touchdown on 20 targets. He has one game with more than 3.0 fantasy points. Bateman has an 11.8 ADoT figure and draws a target on 20 percent of his routes. Still, it's not coming together thus far for the fifth-year wideout. If Jackson is out again Sunday against the Rams, it's difficult to envision Bateman breaking out of his slump.

Bateman caught one of two targets for 24 yards Sunday against the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman played his highest snap percentage of the season -- 81 percent -- but the box score production did not follow. He had his lowest target count of the season and was held to just one reception after seemingly having a breakout in Week 3 with five catches for 63 yards and a touchdown. Baltimore's passing attack suffered in the second half against the Chiefs after Lamar Jackson went out with a leg injury, though. Bateman's fantasy upside for Week 5 largely hinges on Jackson's health and availability against the Texans.

Bateman brought in five of seven targets for 63 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman finished second in receptions and receiving yards for the Ravens behind Mark Andrews, while also setting the pace in targets. Bateman recorded his first touchdown of the season on a three-yard grab just before halftime, and the fifth-year pro has now upped his yardage total over that of the prior game in consecutive contests heading into a Week 4 road showdown with the Chiefs on Sunday afternoon.

Bateman brought in two of four targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 41-40 loss to the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
It was a disappointing outing for Bateman in such a high-scoring affair, but he did manage to finish second in targets amongst Baltimore receiving options. The 2021 first-round selection posted a career best 45-756-9 receiving line for the Ravens in 2024, so there is hope that the No. 2 wideout can produce better numbers than what we saw in Sunday's loss. Bateman's next opportunity to cash in that potential comes in a home matchup against the Browns next Sunday.

Baltimore signed Bateman to a three-year, $36.75 million contract extension Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman inks a contract extension with the Ravens for a second straight offseason, after the team extended him on a two-year, $12.87 million deal through 2026 last April. The 2021 first-round pick put together the healthiest and most productive season of his career in 2024, suiting up for all 17 regular-season contests and securing 45 of 72 targets for 759 yards and nine touchdowns. He's emerged as a reliable deep threat and end zone target for Lamar Jackson, though Zay Flowers remains entrenched atop the wide receiver depth chart, and free agency signee DeAndre Hopkins is an additional competition for targets. With TEs Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely also involved in the passing game, and this team still deploying a run-first approach led by Derrick Henry, Bateman's ceiling in terms of target volume appears capped, but he figures to retain fantasy value as a boom-or-bust weekly option in 2025. Bateman's fantasy outlook is more positive in standard leagues than for PPR scoring.

Bateman (undisclosed) secured four of five targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 27-25 divisional-round loss to the Bills on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman operated as the No. 1 receiver for the second time in as many playoff games due to Zay Flowers (knee) remaining sidelined. He kicked off the scoring on the evening with a 16-yard touchdown grab to cap off the game's opening possession, and he followed it up with a 42-yard catch with just over six minutes remaining in the first half that brought the ball down to the Bills' two-yard line. Bateman ultimately finished tied for second on Baltimore in both receptions and targets with Isaiah Likely while also checking in as the runner-up in receiving yards behind his teammate. Bateman appeared to exit the game for good with an undisclosed injury after making a three-yard catch with 2:47 on the clock and remaining down for a short time thereafter, marking an anticlimactic ending to a playoff run that followed a regular season during which he produced career highs in receiving yards (756) and touchdowns (nine) on the second-highest catch total of his career (45) across 17 games. Bateman is signed through the 2026 season.

Bateman brought in both of his targets for 24 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 28-14 playoff win over the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman got the scoring started for the Ravens when he brought in a 15-yard pass from Lamar Jackson to cap off a successful first drive on offense. The 25-year-old Bateman was used sparingly over the remainder of the contest despite operating as the team's No. 1 wideout sans Zay Flowers (knee). With the Ravens advancing to the divisional round, Flowers could potentially return next weekend. In that scenario, Bateman's elevated fantasy value from the wild-card round would return to marginal levels as opposed to carrying over to Baltimore's next matchup.

Bateman will work as the team's No. 1 wideout during Saturday's wild-card round game against the Steelers, with Zay Flowers (knee) ruled out, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bateman stepped up admirably after Flowers' departure against the Browns in Week 18, a 35-10 victory in which he secured five of eight targets for 76 yards and a score. Tight ends Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely also will be available to help make up for Flowers' absence in the passing game, but Bateman figures to have no shortage of opportunities to produce on a playoff stage Saturday. The 2021 first-round pick is coming off the best regular-season of his career, having compiled a 45-756-9 receiving line in 17 appearances.
