Dallas placed Gallup (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup's move to IR was fully expected after the Cowboys confirmed the receiver suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. The injury will sideline Gallup through the entirety of Dallas' run through the postseason and leaves his availability for training camp and the start of the 2022 season up in the air. CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper sit as the clear top two wideouts with Gallup sidelined, while Cedrick Wilson is expected to step into a larger role moving forward as the No. 3 receiver.

Gallup underwent an MRI on Monday that confirmed he suffered a clean ACL tear in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup will miss the remainder of the season as a result of his injury, but he's expected to make a full recovery. The 25-year-old appeared in eight games for the Cowboys during the 2021 campaign and secured 35 of 62 targets for 445 yards and two touchdowns. Gallup is slated to become a free agent during the offseason after spending his first four professional seasons in Dallas.

Cowboys team owner Jerry Jones said the team believes Gallup has a torn ACL, and he's scheduled to get an MRI on Monday to confirm the injury, Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News reports.
EDGE Analysis
A torn ACL would not only knock Gallup out for the remainder of this season, but it would also most likely sideline him for most or all of next season as well -- awful timing for the pending free agent. It's a tough break for Gallup, who suffered the injury while scoring a 21-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Cedrick Wilson -- who scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter -- will feature in three-receiver sets alongside CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper moving forward. Gallup finishes the season with 35 catches for 445 yards and two touchdowns.

Gallup won't return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals due to a left knee injury, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup got the Cowboys on the scoreboard just before halftime with a leaping 21-yard touchdown, but he seemed to hurt himself when he planted his left leg in the moment preceding the catch. Per Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News, the team's medical staff conducted the ACL test on Gallup's left knee before he required assistance to get to the sideline and eventually the locker room. Considering he was ruled out shortly thereafter, Gallup's fate already may be known, but the nature of the injury hasn't been confirmed. Cedrick Wilson, Noah Brown and Malik Turner figure to mix into the offense more moving forward alongside starters CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper.

Gallup secured two of five targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 56-14 win over Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup didn't necessarily have a huge game Sunday, but his five targets were a promising sight as the Cowboys offense got back on track against Washington. In fact, the 25-year-old wideout has not seen fewer than five targets in any of the eight games he's played this season. Always a threat for a big play, Gallup could be hard to trust in the fantasy playoffs with so many mouths to feed in Dallas. The Cowboys will host the Cardinals in Week 17.

Gallup caught three of five targets for 32 yards in Sunday's win over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
He finished third on the Cowboys in catches, targets and yards behind Dalton Schultz and CeeDee Lamb on an afternoon in which there was little pressure on the offense to air it out. Gallup has caught at least three passes in six straight games since returning to the lineup from a calf injury, giving him a solid floor heading into a Week 16 rematch with Washington.

Gallup caught five passes for 60 yards on nine targets against Washington on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup's nine targets ranked ahead of Amari Cooper (seven), and barely behind CeeDee Lamb (10). It's unfortunate that Gallup couldn't capitalize with better returns on the workload, but the Washington defense made it hard on the athletic wideout and quarterback Dak Prescott. Dallas faces the Giants on the road in Week 15, and if Gallup's recent target rate holds up, he could see some big-play opportunities in that setting.

Gallup brought in five of nine targets for 36 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 27-17 win over the Saints on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Gallup made a trademark acrobatic touchdown grab in right corner of the end zone with just under a minute remaining in the first quarter to cap off an 80-yard scoring march and put the first points of the night on the board. The fourth-year wideout now encouragingly has three straight five-catch efforts on a total of 27 targets heading into a Week 14 road matchup versus Washington a week from Sunday.

Gallup caught five of eight targets for 106 yards in a 36-33 overtime loss to the Raiders on Thanksgiving.
EDGE Analysis
With Amari Cooper (COVID-19) and CeeDee Lamb (concussion) both out of action, Gallup was the Cowboys' de facto No. 1 wideout, although it took a little while for him and Dak Prescott to get on the same page Thursday. The 100-yard performance was Gallup's first of the season, but his role is likely to diminish in Week 13 against the Saints with Cooper at least expected back in the lineup.

Gallup is expected to serve as Dallas' No. 1 wideout Thursday against the Raiders with Amari Cooper (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list and with CeeDee Lamb (concussion) listed as questionable but not in line to play, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
During the nine games in which both have appeared this season, Cooper and Lamb have averaged a combined 15.3 targets per contest. That leaves plenty of volume up for grabs among the Dallas pass catchers, and Gallup should rank at the top of the pecking order for targets among the available options. After Cooper sat out last week's loss to the Chiefs and Lamb exited early due to the head injury, Gallup finished with 10 targets, though he only caught five of them for 44 yards.
