The Baltimore Sun suggests that the Ravens could go after free agent Malcom Floyd.
Floyd has a connection to Ravens' offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, who held the same position in San Diego from 2004-2006. He'd also be a nice change of pace for the Ravens' receiving corps, which has featured possession receivers almost exclusively over the past few years. Floyd would give Joe Flacco the tall, deep threat he needs.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, it's "virtually certain" that free agent Malcom Floyd will re-sign with the Chargers.
The Chargers have $11 million committed to Vincent Jackson via the franchise tag, and are expected to pursue a trade for Steve Smith. Per the Union-Trib, Floyd is "expected to agree to terms elsewhere relatively quickly," although the 30-year-old receiver hasn't been linked to any teams in substantive reports. If the Chargers can't acquire Smith, they may look to Patrick Crayton third-round pick Vincent Brown to book end V-Jax.

ESPN Boston's Mike Reiss thinks it's a long-shot that the Patriots will pursue free agent Malcom Floyd.
It sounds like Floyd will be an unrestricted free agent under the new CBA, but if the owners get a handful of their desired rights of first refusal, there's still a chance Floyd could end up back with the Chargers. Regardless, the Pats don't seem like a very likely landing spot.
