Kyle Rudolph (thigh) practiced fully Friday and is listed as probable for Week 4 against the Lions.
Weak at safety, Detroit has been serving up an average weekly stat line of six catches for 82 yards and a touchdown to opposing tight ends on the young season. You can access more free statistics and fantasy-related nuggets like that at the link to Evan Silva's Week 4 Matchups column below.

Kyle Rudolph (thigh) returned to Vikings practice Thursday, getting in a limited session.
A full practice would have been nice, but Rudolph remains on track to start against the Lions. The Vikings are likely just limiting his reps after he played nearly every snap through the season's first three weeks. Rudolph's status will be updated Friday.

Kyle Rudolph missed practice Wednesday due to a sore thigh.
It's likely a mere day of rest for Rudolph, who has played nearly every snap through three weeks. There will only be concern if he sits out again on Thursday.

Kyle Rudolph caught five balls for 36 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings' Week 3 upset of San Francisco.
Rudolph came up just short of touchdowns in Minnesota's first two games. He was clearly due, and delivered with a pair of big scores in the upset of the NFL season so far. Rudolph still isn't making many downfield catches, but they should come eventually. He's a worthwhile low-end TE1 as the Vikings get set to take on the Lions in Week 4.

Kyle Rudolph played on all 70 offensive snaps in the Vikings' Week 2 loss to the Colts.
Rudolph had just three catches for 35 yards on five targets, but the usage is really encouraging. He saw just 18 snaps detached from the formation and 47 as the in-line tight end. Even with John Carlson (knee) back, Rudolph's raw skills and size give him plenty of upside. He's another option for Aaron Hernandez owners.

Kyle Rudolph caught three passes for 35 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Colts.
Rudolph was a nonexistent part of the game-plan in the first half, drawing zero targets, but came alive in the second, earning five looks. The downside is, he committed an easy drop before later letting a probable seven-yard score clang off his hands in the end zone. Rudolph made a beautiful catch on his six-yard touchdown, however, out-muscling the coverage to earn himself a wide-open look. There will surely be more growing pains in the Vikings' inconsistent offense, but Rudolph can be safely trusted as a TE2 with TE1 upside.

Kyle Rudolph caught three balls for 36 yards in the Vikings' third preseason game Friday night.
Rudolph has been highly efficient through three August games, securing six of his seven targets for 65 yards. Rudolph is a rare second-year tight end who's locked in as an every-down player in an offense desperately in need of a No. 2 pass catcher beyond Percy Harvin. It's a nice recipe for fantasy success.

Rudolph passed his concussion tests following Friday's game, so his return was a formality. The 6-foot-6, 258-pound second-year pro is Rotoworld's No. 9 tight end.

The Star-Tribune notes that Christian Ponder looks for Kyle Rudolph "a lot."
Rudolph dominated the first three weeks of Vikings camp, drawing praise almost daily. Per the Star-Tribune, he "has big hands, long arms and added confidence. Don't be surprised if he leads the team in targets this season." Although Percy Harvin is the better bet for the team-lead in targets, Rudolph is soaring up draft boards as a sneaky TE1.
