Maclin (hamstring) is not on the injury report for Week 1.
Maclin will start Sunday's game against Jacksonville, his first regular season action since Dec. 30 of 2012. He has much better pedigree than fellow starting wideout Riley Cooper, who made it to 800 yards and eight touchdowns in the Chip Kelly offense last year, so it's easy to see Maclin providing WR3 value or better if he can have some good injury luck. He caught six passes for 43 yards in Philadelphia's third preseason game.

Maclin (hamstring) caught six passes for 43 yards on eight targets in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.
Maclin was responsible for perhaps the most unusual moment of the night, as he went down with a non-contact injury, but then returned to the field shortly thereafter. He was holding the leg in which he tore an ACL last season, yet showed no signs of being any worse for the wear. Locked in as a starter across from Riley Cooper, Maclin is a decent bet to lead the Eagles' receiving corps in catches and targets, though Nick Foles' attention will likely be spread around. The hamstring that recently bothered Maclin seems fine, and he'll likely sit out the final preseason game.

Maclin (hamstring) returned to practice Monday, csnphilly.com reports.
Maclin's practice participation Monday was characterized as limited by the Star-Ledger. Meanwhile, Riley Cooper also practiced Monday, with the report suggesting that the Eagles' starting wideout duo is expected to play in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.

Maclin (hamstring) will not practice Sunday, but is expected to be a full participant during Monday's session, CSN Philadelphia reports.
Maclin tweaked his hamstring during practice last week, which caused him to miss Friday's preseason game against the Bears. However, had it been the regular season, Maclin reportedly would have been healthy enough to play. As such, his injury isn't cause for much concern and he'll return to action Monday. With Riley Cooper (foot) also back practicing, the Eagles will finally have their top wideout tandem available come Monday.

Maclin (hamstring) is among the Eagles in line to not play Friday night against the Patriots, Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Maclin, who did not participate in Thursday morning's walkthrough, is thus far downplaying his hamstring issue. Meanwhile, fellow starting wideout Riley Cooper is also slated to sit out Friday's contest.

Maclin (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday morning's walkthrough, csnphilly.com reports.
Maclin, who tweaked his left hamstring during Wednesday's practice, is thus unlikely to play in Friday night's contest against the Patriots. Meanwhile, Maclin, who missed all of last season with a torn ACL, downplayed his most recent injury, indicating after Wednesday's practice that "it shouldn't be a big deal." For now, we'll consider the wideout day-to-day.

Maclin left Wednesday's practice early and later said he slightly tweaked his left hamstring while making a touchdown catch, CSN Philadelphia reports.
Maclin exited Wednesday's session as a precaution and still hopes to play in Friday's second preseason game, although he's unsure if he'll be able to do so. Projected to be Philadelphia's No. 1 wideout this season, Maclin may err on the side of caution considering he's coming off an ACL tear last summer. Fortunately, Maclin doesn't consider the hamstring tweak to be serious, so even if he sits out Friday's game, he should be back in action fairly soon.

Maclin (leg) started Friday's preseason opener against the Bears, CSN Philadelphia's Geoff Mosher reports.
Maclin caught one pass for 15 yards on a lone target. He's locked in as a starter and appears to be Philadelphia's most dangerous wide receiver. The minor leg soreness he experienced earlier this week can be considered a non-issue.

Maclin says he's experiencing minor leg soreness, but still expects to play in Friday's preseason opener versus the Bears, CSN Philadelphia reports.
Maclin has not scrimmaged the past two days of practice, but maintains that his exclusion from such team drills is due to standard leg soreness that occurs while recovering from an ACL tear. Expected to be the Eagles' No. 1 receiver, Maclin also admitted he hadn't felt sore until Monday. Considering his scenrio, it wouldn't be surprising if Maclin sat out Friday's game, even though he expects himself to play.

Maclin did not participate in team drills for the second straight day Tuesday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Maclin has been practicing and is not considered to be injured, but his exclusion from scrimmage work this week is worth noting. Additionally, reports suggest that it wouldn't be surprising if Maclin, who tore his ACL last July, didn't play in the Friday's preseason opener. Should that prove true, it's likely the Eagles are just exercising caution with Maclin in anticipation of him filling their No. 1 receiver role this season.
