Maclin (hamstring) is not on the injury report for Week 1. Maclin will start Sunday's game against Jacksonville, his first regular season action since Dec. 30 of 2012. He has much better pedigree than fellow starting wideout Riley Cooper, who made it to 800 yards and eight touchdowns in the Chip Kelly offense last year, so it's easy to see Maclin providing WR3 value or better if he can have some good injury luck. He caught six passes for 43 yards in Philadelphia's third preseason game.
