Thomas is being evaluated for a concussion, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Thomas in the locker room it appears that Jeremy Maclin will take over as the punt returner. The severity of the head injury is still unknown but there is a possibility Thomas could return to the game.

Thomas caught four balls for 37 yards on five targets Sunday against the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas saw the field for 22 offensive snaps Sunday, third most of Chiefs receivers. While 37 yards seems like a decent output given his limited snaps, nearly all of it (36) came on one play He remains too inconsistent to use in most formats, but at least he's beginning to see the field a bit.

WR FA
Thomas carried the ball one time for ten yards and a touchdown and caught three passes for 22 yards Sunday against the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas joined the party in the end zone for the Chiefs on Sunday, representing one of six different players to reach pay dirt. While Thomas tends to see the ball on a very limited basis (just four touches Sunday), he continues to make the most out of it. While he could be a shot in the dark in some deep leagues, Thomas doesn't consistently put up big enough numbers to be considered in most formats.

WR FA
Thomas had two catches for 12 yards and one carry for 13 yards in Sunday's game against the Steelers.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas saw 35 percent of the Chiefs' offensive snaps in Sunday's contest, but he still remains a larger part of the passing game than the backfield despite an indication that he could receive snaps at tailback. The speedster appears bound to see limited touches, placing a ceiling on his fantasy potential.

Thomas finished Sunday with just one carry for one yard, failing to haul in his only target of the day.
EDGE Analysis
A report surfaced earlier in the week that Thomas could see some playing time in the backfield following the injury to Jamaal Charles, but his one carry Sunday tells a different story. Charcandrick West and Knile Davis should benefit the most from Charles' injury, while Thomas could see the occasional few carries and should continue serving in the role he's had this season.

Coach Andy Reid indicated Monday that Thomas could be an option at running back following Jamaal Charles' injury, Adam Teicher of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas made the change to wide receiver in the offseason, but could wind up taking some snaps at running back again. He hadn't touched the ball much during the first four weeks of the season, but did catch two passes for 24 yards on Sunday, finding paydirt for the first time this season. He also rushed one time, a number that could rise slightly moving forward. However, the Chiefs still have Charcandrick West and Knile Davis as the main options out of the backfield, and the team is expected to work out both Ben Tate and Pierre Thomas on Tuesday. Thomas would likely serve more as a change-of-pace back than anything else, and could receive a few carries out of the backfield, but he seems highly unlikely to see a huge uptick in touches because of the injury to Charles.

WR FA
Thomas touched the ball just three times on offense Sunday against the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Among the touches for Thomas was one catch for 11 yards and two carries for negative four yards. While Andy Reid discussed a plan to get the speedster the ball more often this season, he hasn't had much opportunity through the first four contests, and there's no indication that will be changing soon.

De'Anthony Thomas
WR FA
Thomas caught two passes for 12 yards and carried the ball one time for negative seven yards in Monday's game against the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas saw a slide in snap count from 26 in Week 2 to just 15 in Week 3. Considering he wasn't listed on the injury report, it's not a great sign that he didn't play much. Despite an offseason emphasis on getting the speedster involved in multiple ways, he's barely seen touches early on in the season. There's no indication that will be changing anytime soon.

De'Anthony Thomas
WR FA
Thomas caught just two passes for 20 yards in Thursday's game against the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
While Thomas' production was limited, he did receive a bump in the snap count from 18 in Week 1 to 26 in Week 2. He's expected to continue increasing his snap count as his calf becomes less of an issue.

De'Anthony Thomas
WR FA
Thomas collected one pass for two yards and added one carry for nine yards in Sunday's game against the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas took the field for just 18 snaps offensively, but was utilized in multiple ways in the contest. He's expected to primarily line up as a wide receiver this season, but could see a few snaps out of the backfield as well. However, he won't serve much fantasy utility unless he sees the field more than he did Sunday.
