Culliver (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against Seattle. Culliver practiced all week, albeit in a limited capacity, but that's definitely encouraging given that he left Sunday's loss to Oakland on a cart. With that said, Culliver's presence or absence is unlikely to have a substantial impact on the upcoming contest.

Culliver had to be carted off the field in Sunday's game against the Raiders with a right knee injury. The injury was to the same knee that forced Culliver to miss the entire 2013 season. After the game coach Jim Harbaugh said he thought Culliver would be "okay." But Harbaugh is no doctor, so we would have to see if Culliver practices this week before declaring his status for next week's game against Seattle.

Culliver (shoulder) is listed as active Sunday against the Rams. With Tramaine Brock (toe) inactive, Culliver and Perrish Cox should act as the 49ers' starting pair of corners. Culliver's IDP potential is modest, though, as he's posted 18 tackles (17 solo), one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown in six contests this season.

Culliver (shoulder) is probable for Sunday's game against St. Louis. Culliver's return at cornerback will make life a bit tougher for Austin Davis and the St. Louis receivers, but he isn't likely to make a predictable IDP impact.

Culliver (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos, sfgate.com reports. As a result, Perrish Cox will draw the start at cornerback for the 49ers on Sunday in Culliver's place.

Culliver recorded four tackles and forced a fumble in Sunday's win over the Eagles. Culliver put together a solid performance against a high-octane pass defense. He is not known for recording interceptions, so his forced fumble comes as a nice surprise for those IDP owners who played him Sunday.

Culliver (concussion) is not included on the 49ers' inactive list ahead of Sunday night's game versus the Bears. Culliver sustained a concussion during the 49ers' Week 1 win over the Cowboys, but has since passed league protocol and thus will suit up Sunday. However, with fellow starting cornerback Tramaine Brock (toe) ruled out, Culliver will partner Perrish Cox in San Francisco's first-team defense.

Culliver (concussion/stinger) is questionable to play against Chicago on Sunday. Culliver logged limited practices Thursday and Friday, so he seems to have a better shot at playing than fellow corner Tramaine Brock (toe), who didn't practice at all this week.

Culliver (concussion) was limited in Thursday's practice, CSN Bay Area reports. Culliver suffered a concussion in Sunday's opener at Dallas, which spurred his entrance into the league's protocol for head injuries and an absence from the first practice of the week Wednesday. While his return in some capacity Thursday signifies his progress through said protocol, it remains to be seen whether he'll be cleared for a Week 2 matchup against the Bears. With fellow starting cornerback Tramaine Brock (toe) sitting out both Wednesday and Thursday, the 49ers' secondary could look vastly different Sunday, with Chris Cook and Perrish Cox ready and willing to fill in.

Culliver suffered a concussion during Sunday's game against the Cowboys and will not return, CSN Bay Area reports. Culliver returned a fumble 35 yards for a touchdown to open the scoring for the 49ers on Sunday, but will now watch the remainder of the contest from the sidelines following a concussion. As a result, Perrish Cox and rookie first-rounder Jimmie Ward should see more snaps at cornerback, since Trumaine Brock (toe) also went down to injury Sunday.
