QB CHI (5)
Keenum ended 2018 having completed 365 of 586 passes for 3,890 yards, 18 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. He added 93 yards, two touchdowns and a lost fumble on 26 carries.
EDGE Analysis
The question of the offseason was whether Denver was getting Vikings Keenum or Texans/Rams Keenum. The answer was neither. Keenum ended his first season in Mile High with flashes that were certainly better than what he had produced earlier in his career -- having led the Broncos to late game-winning drives four times this year -- but still a ways away from the efficiency he showed in Minnesota. Some peculiar play-calling and injuries around him certainly didn't help as the Broncos ended 2018 with three starters on the offensive line, their top two tight ends and top two wide receivers all either on injured reserve or traded away. The late-season injury to Emmanuel Sanders seemed to particularly shake Keenum as he posted a 72.01 rating in his final four starts as compared to his rating of 85.14 with Sanders in the lineup. There are rumors in Denver that Keenum's old mentor, Gary Kubiak, could take over the offense and install some of the boot-action concepts that Keenum thrived with in Minnesota. Outside of that, however, Keenum -- absent many instant difference makers in the draft -- is very likely to be the Broncos' Week 1 starter in 2019, but will need some major improvements to be their Week 17 starter.

Keenum completed 31 of 48 passing attempts for 292 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. He also rushed three times for eight yards and lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
Keenum's second-quarter "fumble" was actually a backward pass that he threw after he had stepped up to scramble but changed his mind and tossed to Royce Freeman who could not handle the low throw. The Chargers would scoop up the loose ball and return it for the game's first score. After that, the Broncos could muster only a field goal until the final period, when the 30-year-old would find Andy Janovich for a wide-open 20-yard touchdown. The Houston product finishes his first season in Denver having completed 334 of 538 passing attempts for 3,598 yards, 17 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.

Keenum completed 23 of 37 passes for 202 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Broncos' 27-14 loss to the Raiders on Monday. He also rushed three times for 19 yards and fumbled once, but it was recovered by the offense.
EDGE Analysis
Keenum produced mixed results in the Christmas Eve loss, hitting DaeSean Hamilton and Courtland Sutton for touchdowns of seven and 19 yards, respectively, in the second half. However, he also threw interceptions in back-to-back fourth-quarter drives, short-circuiting any chance at a Broncos comeback. It was a second straight two-interception outing for the six-year veteran, who's finishing his first Denver season playing with a short-handed receiving corps. He'll look to put together a better performance to wrap up the 2018 campaign versus the Chargers in Week 17.

Keenum completed 24 of 42 passes for 186 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in the Broncos' 20-14 loss to the 49ers on Sunday. He also gained 24 yards on four rushes.
EDGE Analysis
Keenum averaged just 4.4 yards per attempt and was under 200 passing yards for the third straight game. And, while he also extended his interception-less streak to five contests, he also failed to complete 60.0 percent of his passes for the fourth consecutive game. Keenum was playing his first game without Emmanuel Sanders (Achilles), but the Denver passing game as a whole has been a low-upside proposition for several weeks. Keenum will look to up his numbers versus the Browns in a Week 15 Saturday night matchup.

Keenum completed 12 of 21 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 24-10 win over the Bengals. He added nine yards on two carries.
EDGE Analysis
With the wind howling in Cincinnati, the Broncos leaned on the run game. That's been Denver's recipe for success during its three-game winning streak. Keenum is completing just 56.7 percent of his passes -- doubtlessly aided by some drops -- and averaging 185 yards per game during the winning streak as the Broncos have won with defense, a gashing run game, and a careful and efficient Keenum. Sunday's game was against a bottom-10 Bengals defense based on opponent passer rating and next Sunday's opponent, the 49ers, rank slightly worse. Still, it'd be a surprise if the Broncos open it up and sling the ball around when the quick passing game and run game is what has worked for them during their winning streak.

Keenum completed 15 of 28 attempts for 197 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 24-17 win against Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
The wily veteran picked apart a typically stellar Steelers pass defense, piecing together multiple passing touchdowns and zero interceptions for the first time since Dec. 17 of last season. Keenum hasn't been particularly effective in pushing the ball downfield this year (7.2 yards per attempt), but at least he's cleaned up his act in the turnovers department of late, with zero interceptions or fumbles lost over his past three outings, after committing 11 total turnovers through the first eight weeks of the regular season. There's no denying that he's had ice in his veins in his first year as a Bronco, with four game-winning fourth quarter drives already this season, and a number of gutsy performances against clear Super Bowl contenders (three losses to the Chiefs and Rams coming by 14 total points). Week 13 is a dreamy matchup for fantasy purposes, going up against a Bengals defense that ranks bottom five in completions, passing yards and touchdowns allowed to opposing quarterbacks.

Keenum completed 19 of 32 pass attempts for 205 yards during Sunday's 23-22 win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Keenum averaged just 6.4 yards per attempt while posting his third-lowest yardage total of the season. He did go without turning the ball over for the second straight game, allowing the rushing attack and the defense to grind out a hard-fought away win. Keenum has come up with some big performances this season, but they have been few and far between for the most part. The Steelers could force him to throw early and often next week and he'll look to bounce back with a more productive showing.

Keenum put up 42 pass attempts, completing 26 for 290 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 19-17 loss to Houston.
EDGE Analysis
The wily veteran was once again calm under pressure, leading the Broncos downfield on a 14-play, 53 yard drive in the final three minutes to set up Brandon McManus with a potential game-winning 51-yard attempt (ultimately, he pushed it wide right). Keenum has been highly prone to the interception in 2018, throwing 10 compared to seven all of last year, with six fumbles put on the turf this season (just one in 2017). His QBR has dipped from 74.3 in his lone season as a Viking to 43.6 in his debut campaign in Denver, working with a downgraded offensive line and a receiving corps lacking Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs. On the bright side, Keenum has multiple touchdowns or 290-plus passing yards in four of his past five games. He and the Broncos reconvene Nov. 18 in Los Angeles, taking on a Chargers defense that has 10 interceptions through the first half of the regular season.

Keenum completed 23 of 34 passes for 262 yards, two touchdowns and an interception during Sunday's 30-23 loss in Kansas City. He added nine yards on the ground and lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
The Broncos were reeling late in the first half following 16 unanswered points by the Chiefs, but Keenum marched Denver 75 yards in 49 seconds, capping the drive off with a 24-yard loft to Tim Patrick. The drive represented Keenum at his best while two second-half turnovers at midfield, including an interception on an underthrown flea-flicker pass, showed him at his worst. Keenum now has 10 interceptions this season, three more than he recorded all of last season. Despite making several big plays outside the pocket, Denver continues to use him as a drop-back passer -- something both he and his offensive line seem to struggle with. With five early losses, Denver doesn't have much wiggle room and Keenum will be counted on next Sunday against a Houston defense that is among the league's best against the run but is middle-of-the-pack against the pass, with an opponent quarterback rating of 93.3.

Case Keenum
QB CHI (5)
Keenum completed 14 of 21 passes for 161 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Broncos' 45-10 win over the Cardinals on Thursday. He also rushed four times for four yards.
EDGE Analysis
Keenum was spotted an early 7-0 lead courtesy of a Todd Davis pick-six, which was followed up by a 28-yard touchdown throw from Emmanuel Sanders to Courtland Sutton on a trick play later in the first quarter. A second defensive touchdown gave Keenum and the Broncos offense even more of a cushion. Once Keenum hit Sanders with a touchdown pass from 64 yards out early in the second quarter, the contest was essentially decided. The performance didn't really serve to answer some of the lingering questions about Keenum considering he had the luxury of serving as a game manager, but it was still a much-needed victory for the Broncos. He'll look to be on top of his game when Denver and the Chiefs face off in an AFC West Week 8 showdown.
