Meredith caught 11-of-15 targets for 113 yards Sunday against the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith followed up his Week 5 coming-out party by posting his second consecutive game with at least 113 receiving yards. It appears quite apparent that quarterback Brian Hoyer will throw the football to whomever is in the best situation in any given play, so it's reasonable to expect that he'll continue to be a solid fantasy option in a Bears offense that's been throwing the ball well over 40 times a game since Hoyer took over.

Meredith caught 9-of 12 targets for 130 yards and a touchdown while adding one rush for 6 yards Sunday against the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith was basically a full-time player in the first game since Kevin White (leg) was placed on injured reserve, and he took full advantage of his opportunity. The Colts' defense placed much of their defensive attention on slowing down Alshon Jeffery, which allowed Meredith to easily dominate the distribution of passes from Brian Hoyer. It also helped that the Bears were playing from behind for the majority of the second half, leading to Hoyer throwing 43 passes and 397 yards. He'll certainly be at the top of just about everyone's waiver list this week, and although he may not have many huge games like this, he's clearly worth and add while playing for a team that's expected to be playing from behind frequently.

Meredith is the favorite to take over most of Kevin White's (leg) playing time after White was placed on Injured Reserve on Wednesday, Adan Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
After White left the Week 4 contest against the Lions, Meredith caught four of his five pass targets for 28 yards. He's played in 11 games since joining the Bears in 2015, and he's caught 24 passes for 172 yards, which comes out to just 10.1 yards per reception. He'll likely get an extended look at taking over the role at least until Marquess Wilson (foot) is eligible to return in Week 7. He could be a potential fill-in for fantasy teams dealing with injuries and bye weeks.

Meredith caught 4-of-5 pass targets for 28 yards Sunday against the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith was able to gain playing time once Kevin White left the contest with an ankle injury. Should White be forced to miss time, Meredith could have value as a fourth or fifth wide receiver for fantasy teams.

Meredith caught two of his three pass targets for 24 yards while losing fumble Sunday against the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith caught a 24-yard pass to account for all of his yardage, but he also lost a fumble. He's unlikely to see much more action than he had in this contest unless the Bears suffer injuries at wide receiver.

Meredith is inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Texans, Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year receiver out of Illinois State is the low man on the Bears' depth chart, so he'll likely be a regular on the inactive list for the early portion of the season, barring an injury to one of the team's other receivers.

Meredith caught six of his nine targets for 46 yards Thursday against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith capped off a productive preseason, as he played with the reserves against the Browns. He'll need the Bears to suffer injuries to their top receivers to see significant playing time during the regular season.

Meredith caught four of his eight pass targets for 64 yards and a touchdown Saturday against the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith played once the starters were long gone from the contest, and he did the majority of his damage when third-string quarterback Connor Shaw (leg) was on the field. On one drive, he caught three passes for 51 yards, which included a 16-yard score. He'd need injuries to the Bears starting receivers to see enough targets to be a fantasy option.

Meredith finished the 2015 season with 11 receptions for 120 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Meredith, an undrafted rookie out of Illinois State, was a pleasant surprise early on after cracking the roster out of training camp. After he was inactive for the season opener, Meredith saw 10 targets in the following four games, reeling in seven for catches. However, Meredith saw his role decline down the stretch once the Bears' wideout corps got a bit healthier, and may have difficulty cracking the Bears' roster next fall.

Meredith is inactive for Sunday's game against the Redskins.
EDGE Analysis
The return of Eddie Royal (knee) following a five-game absence leaves Meredith as fifth out of six receivers on the depth chart, and with No. 6 wideout Deonte Thompson contributing on the return units, there was no room for Meredith to crack the active lineup Sunday. The undrafted rookie had seen just one target over the Bears' previous five games.
