Watson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
After two absences from practices to begin the week, Watson was able to get back on the field in a limited capacity Friday, which may be good enough for the Ravens to clear him to play by the time Sunday arrives. The Ravens similarly limited Watson's practice workload in Weeks 3 through 5, but the veteran tight end has yet to miss a game this season. Watson is coming off a Week 6 loss to the Bears in which he saw eight targets during the contest, gaining 28 yards on six receptions.

Watson (knee) returned to practice Friday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Watson followed a similar schedule while dealing with a calf injury in Weeks 3, 4 and 5, sitting out practice Wednesday and Thursday but then returning as a full participant Friday. He's yet to miss a game this season, and the Ravens seem to just be limiting his practice reps in an effort to keep the 37-year-old fresh while he deals with some minor ailments. Watson's role as the team's top pass-catching tight end has led to just one game with more than 43 yards this season. He piled up 91 of his 176 yards in a Week 2 win over the Browns.

Watson (knee) was held out of practice Thursday, Edward Lee of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Watson is one of six pass catchers -- four wide receivers and two tight ends -- that has either been a nonparticipant or limited participant in both of the Ravens' first two practices of the week. Though Watson's health might be on sturdier ground than some of those other players, he'll probably need to see some involvement in Friday's session for the Ravens to feel good about his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Vikings.

Watson (knee) didn't practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Watson was held out of Wednesday practices in Weeks 4 and 5 due to a calf injury, but he didn't end up missing any games or having his workload limited. There will only be cause for concern if he doesn't make it back to practice by the end of the week as the Ravens prepare for Sunday's game in Minnesota. Watson is locked in as the team's top pass-catching tight end, but he's essentially been limited to low-value short targets since catching eight passes for 91 yards in a Week 2 win over the Browns. He's caught 16 of 21 targets for just 85 yards over the past four weeks, limited to a dump-off role in an unproductive passing game.

Watson caught six passes for 28 yards in Sunday's loss to the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
Watson's eight targets were a team-high Sunday, but he averaged a mere 3.5 yards per target. He continues to see consistent target volume as quarterback Joe Flacco's favorite target, but Watson's route tree hasn't allowed for many big gains deep down the field. Watson and the Ravens will head to Minnesota to face the Vikings in Week 7.

Watson had two catches for two yards in Sunday's win over the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran was hampered by a calf injury early in the week but was able to give it a go Sunday and played the most snaps of any Ravens skill player. Unfortunately, Watson's presence on the field did not translate into production as he saw just four targets and finished the day with his lowest output since the season opener. Baltimore's offense did more to get the receivers involved, however, as Mike Wallace and Jeremy Maclin both had strong outings on the outside. The Ravens remain unpredictable in terms of where the passing production comes from on a weekly basis, but Watson figures to be more involved in Week 6 against the Bears.

Watson (calf) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
Over his last three games, Watson has caught 16 passes, one for a TD, averaging 48.7 receiving yards in that span. While the Ravens offense has been spotty of late, Watson still figures to see his share of looks Sunday, giving him a degree of fantasy utility in Week 5.

Watson (calf) was a full practice participant Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Oakland.
EDGE Analysis
Watson followed the same pattern last week, missing practice Wednesday and Thursday but then returning as a full participant Friday. He caught five of six targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 26-9 loss to the Steelers, with his snap share (62 percent) sitting right in its usual range. A similar workload can be expected Sunday in Oakland.

Watson (calf) took part in Friday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
It won't be clear until after Friday's practice how much work Watson was able to get in, but his presence alone bodes well for his Week 5 status after he was unable to get any work in the previous two days. The Ravens will release an official update on Watson's availability this week when they release their final injury report Friday afternoon.

Watson (calf) remained sidelined at practice Thursday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Normally, consecutive DNPs would suggest a player trending toward missing action, but last week Watson missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday tending to his calf issue, before returning to a full practice Friday. Though listed as questionable in advance of Week 4 action, he suited up and caught five passes (on six targets) for 43 yards in a 26-9 loss to the Steelers.
